Thanks @Hopper Labs for changing those and I thought it was obvious I was joking about the sticker, even taking my normal behaviour into account. But even that little sticker proves the point of my previous post, I would have never expected a sticker if not for your website:

So when the decision was made to stop putting a sticker in the box, the person wearing the Website hat should have immediately gone in and removed any reference of "sticker" from each product page.
People WILL EXPECT you to do EXACTLY what YOU SAY you will EVERY TIME. Plus, some of your customers might really like stickers and maybe they might even have a genuine need for one.

you should replace that bung with the hopper!

Reading ERP and CRM made my remaining brain cells ache, needed a Hopper hit

I too did many ERP conversions/installs, my gig was the distribution suite of JDEdwards in AS/400 dark ages, plenty of fights at the go-live corral, wish I had Wyatt riding along. But all clients were mid-sized and up, never a small biz. Bloated staffs, and even they couldn't be bothered to use the correct menu options or run my lovely reports

I'm impressed HopperLabs can do what they do with such a small staff

Still holding off on sending in two for RMA, have two working. Still no ship notification of my battery order, so they are busy. No spare body from July '18 either. Patience

Will original backers that ordered a Ti Case ever see that incarnation, or will those customers receive the SS case when available?

The Ti case might come after the SS case but you would, of course, be able to switch to SS at the time those come out. The oils Front-end, not sure about the timeline on that. It is on the radar but there are other things coming first. We are happy to exchange any indigogo contributions for store credit towards other available items.

My new ss and extra batteries arrived today! The build quality and elegance of this vape continues to impress me. And works like a charm!

I did a basic cleaning and battery charge, and away we go!!! So far, I’m setting it slightly under 3 and that seems just fine. I’m looking forward to a comparison with my og ss.

So add me to the list of happy owners of the latest hoppers!

ERP, CRM - it’s the same difference and I’ve worked on them all and then some (and still do). The system is only as good as the nature by which data is collected - still largely by humans. HL doesn’t have many bodies so their date tracking is behind. It’s happened with me before with them. They need to improve in this regard.

Time to wake and bake with my Hopper...

EDIT: it can’t be overstated how I again greatly enjoy my Hopper after its return from RMA. It hits well and hard, a joy to use.

This morning, my order was updated to say "Shipped." An hour later, I get a shipping notice and the tracking info shows delivery today. Thanks, @Hopper Labs, I'll take that (or, for you old people..."I'd buy that for a dollar!")

Yeah sorry about the delayed tracking. The system we use to interface with USPS to get tracking can be slow (days slow) so then the tracking sometimes does not get sent out right away. We are working on a fix for that.

Update on my new ss. Works like a champ! ABV much darker than my og, and that’s at about 2.8.

I moved the temp down to 2.5. Flavor improves and abv not as dark, as expected.

You know how I feel dumb? Today I found two capsules for the FW3 and FW4 that I didn't remember I had. However, I still can't find the SS PFE that I ordered in 2017 and I DO REMEMBER having.

Well, after all my bitching and moaning, the new Dark Grey Ti arrived! I am feeling Chris Matthews levels of leg tingling in anticipation of trying the latest and greatest. If the planets align, perhaps that will be tonight.

But don’t forget to give your new baby a cleaning before use. I was a little surprised my mouthpiece showed some dirt after a Q-Tip iso wipe. So I gave it a soak. And used a blu tac type on the threads, and gave inside the chamber a wipe (which looked clean). Better safe than sorry. It gave me something to do while I waited for the batteries to top off.

Awww, damn, I never think about that cleaning stuff (although I did think to use a Q-Tip to clean my SS herb chamber this morning and the first three tips were black as my soul...ick). It's already loaded and waiting for the magic moment. If I get sick and die, blame someone other than me.

Start off with low temps if you’re not using the silicone tip - to see how your lips (and throat) will take it. I don’t own a PFE and seldom use my silicone tip (one less thing to lose) but I may start using it a bit more with a small pipe or Hydrotube for cooling (and for something different for a change).

Indeed @Mr Mellish that is the honest truth. I’ve been beyond thrilled with my hopper’s speed to temp, thorough extraction and even the pulls per battery hasn’t been bad, certainly more than what I was expecting. I’ve been trying not to be too big of a cheerleader for fear of making other members mad about their experience. The main thing I can’t get over is the grasshopper’s “vape signature”, or whatever you wanna call it, is freaking incredible. Last night in just a couple minutes, my hopper gave me a serious attitude adjustment and left me shaking my head in disbelief.

Well ... still have my Ti and SS hopped that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in shipping on for warranty service that accomplished nothing ... but maybe it’s worth throwing another $25 in shipping at it ... maybe worth trying a warranty claim again after them sitting in a drawer unused for 1-2 years (I’ve lost track of the time ... )
