I feel like I've came up with this on my own but Ive been using the Omnivap for so long I could have picked it up anywhere so if this is common knowledge then disregard. But ive found that after placing an unground bud in the tip and going through the first heat cycle, you can then empty the whole piece of bud into the center of your palm and literally spread it like butter with your other hand. Used many different strains and they all turn to a literal powder with this technique and vape perfectly even with subsequent heat cycles. Not to mention its in perfext form for any abv recipes. Is this old news?

Great review of the TAG stem from RWW, John. @thejackalsmark

Were do ya pick one up of dem new fangled stems? Or one with a lil bulb for
a mouthpiece. Perhaps a pancake mp might be an alternative?

A twistee cooling strip? A dimpled one, perhaps?

@stark1 A pancake mouthpiece? you....a mp shsped like is on a tobacco pipe?

I am sure that, if all goes well, many folks will be acquiring RWW glass stems.

RIP Shadow M, I hardly knew you.

He also mentioned that the store page for the Shadow lists the likelihood of corrosion and the need to wax it which I'll quote.
"From Dynavap about the Shadow M: The nitrocarburizing process is a surface modification which does reduce the corrosion resistance of stainless steel a limited degree."

FWIW, I experienced rusting on the DYNAVAP logo on the cap when I had it kept unused for an extended period in very humid environment. It’s the newer 19 cap where they surface etched the logo. The rust came off with light sanding, but cosmetically the etched letters now look corroded.

I do the same, but usually after second heating. I am too lazy to use my grinder!

Im a big fan of @Pipes work. I have a caldron and love it. Its way smaller than it looks. Made me immediately want a Portside. Eventually. All over the place w my VAS lately. The need is real tho

Fits the mouth. Easy on the eyes. Unique (hype). Different.

Better than a tapered mouth end which will eventually slip out, and fall/break.

Perhaps a bulb mouthpiece pour vous, mon ami? :sherlock:

David, wish you’d make your pics larger, my dog is saying I am squinting. Haha

Been waiting forever for an EDC IH.

Today I chucked a 35mm Canon camera and used its soft case to make a
Makeshift mini Portside-belt-carry-case.

Kinda huge, but it does make for a belt carry case. I rest my case. LOL:lol:

(Internals of a Jarhead, lookin for the making of a future smaller EDC belt host, also in picture.)
