I’m hoping it won’t take me long to get the hang of it, but I’m sure the good people here will help me if need be. Nice crowd.

I've never been a big water guy but I like that the nano gives you that option. I bought a cheap Chinese bubbler, a D020-D, and it's fun to use occasionally, but it didn't convert me to the water side.

Recently I bought a recycler from JoDa Glassworks and it's converting me fast.

Everyone seems to get the D020-D. I might get one just in case, I could always use it dry, right? What recycler did you get? That J-Hook is off the hook!

My recycler is a one-off piece by JoDa and Coojo. I'll be posting pics soon, I'm waiting on a matching carbed GonG for my nano to take pictures. It'll be worth the wait, I promise...

Welcome to FC @BT Bean and the nano forum. We all love our nanos here. I only use the stems with my nano, and my husband and I have our own stems, we have an assortment of them. I love the fixed glass screen ones. I pull lil nugs off and fill it and tamp it lightly and set it on the heater and let it heat sink for few then pull on it, works perfect for us. We turn the nano on and let it heat up for at least 20 minutes before use. Im thinking of ordering some more fixed screen stems and buying more silicone sleeves for them that epic offers, put one on each end and perhaps if drop them they wont break as easily.

I prefer adjustable for stems and GonGs, I like the extra control.

I actually recommend a 14mm GonG because you can get a glass or silicone reducer for cheap, and then you can use it with both sizes. There are adapters to use an 18mm GonG with a 14mm piece, but they are more cumbersome. The reducers are pretty sleek and unobtrusive.

To tell you the truth, I wasn’t sure I was allowed to post the sale, but I went with it. I’ve already been scolded by the mods (very gently) for failure to merge (back to back posts). Thanks. The glass screen sounds like a good idea, but it does seem everyone suggests the adjustable. Some of the videos with water look cool (pun only somewhat intended), but all that glass around and fussing with it never interested me. But I may be open to it in the future, I like to have options, which is one of the attraction of this device.

If I was a rich guy I would go for the FIXED SCREEN they are pretty cool!
I like a full GonG there are some that have to ration there CANNABIS.

It really depends on your budget?

I have both screens, and rarely use the glass screen stem or gong... prefer the adjustable for both gongs and stems....just my opinion of course....but yeah, clean screens are key to performance here.....

I got an adjustable GonG, a glass stem, two adjustable stems, a stand, and some basket screens. I agree about clean glass. I always try to keep my gear clear for better flavor.

I figured with the glass I would use sticky dank little pieces of bud like @Reflections suggested. And I have a great strain (Holy Grail 69) for the job.

Better than my plenty, crafty, grasshopper, or Pax. Nano is just too versatile to ever take a back seat. I've had mine well over a year and it has been running between 6-7 for 80% of its life. I very rarely shut it off. For a home unit, the nano is where it's at. Thank you Andy. Your vape is still the best!

Sup my nano nation! I've been off the FC for a few months. Was just checking in to get some info on my new grasshopper. Wanted to say hello to my favorite thread. My nano is still my favorite vape. Better than my plenty, crafty, grasshopper, or Pax. Nano is just too versatile to ever take a back seat. I've had mine well over a year and it has been running between 6-7 for 80% of its life. I very rarely shut it off. For a home unit, the nano is where it's at. Thank you Andy. Your vape is still the best!

I received my Plenty last week, and am looking for efficiency and a better medicating device than it or my Volcano. So, I have to sell my Plenty, because I'd like to be able to check the color of my bud, but with my Plenty and the up and down of the temperature I can never find consistency. Sometimes Ill think the bowl is just heating up, but its done, and the AVB is dark, and other times I think I'm at the end and in reality have 50% left. Do you find the Nano more medicating and conservative than the S&B products you own?

P.S. Do the E-Nano stems come with the silicone sleeves, or are they an accessory item that needs to be ordered separately?

I couldn't agree more. If I could only have one vape, it would be my beloved E-Nano.

Today is purchase day for me I have read for around 8-10 days, and to avoid bugging you guys and gals I studied all night until now, 10:00AM my time, but I will ask a few questions throughout the day (not in an obnoxious manner) just to double verify what I've already, watched, read, etc., before clicking the order button. I can't be too cautious when making a purchase at the moment, but I'll try to keep my concerns relatively simple. It's really all about my intimidation and concerns with adjusting the stem in order to vape properly. I still don't have a good enough idea of just how often I'll have to adjust and work the screen, and a major purchase decision is ease of use.

do not adjust the screen. leave it where it is. keeping it clean is important though - but do that without removing the screen.

My nano is more efficient and versatile then my plenty or crafty in my opinion. Can't recommend purchasing this enough. Don't wait. Get it now. You won't regret it. My plenty hadn't been used in a year.

@CalyxSmokr and @Pjake, thank yall! Are there any final or further thoughts and suggestions anyone on the board has for me before I place this order? 1. Extra silicon sleeves to avoid burning fingers? 2. any reason Not to get the fixed glass stem? 3. Do the trays they sell hold the glass stems in place snuggly? 4. And is there any major reasons of importance to get the tray when placing the order if a I leave my stems on a plate an Terry cloth? It's hard to tell if they're mounted or are just free standing on the stand. Oh, does the Epic Vape metal pick tool come with the kits?

I think I am getting Maple Burl, because Epic Vape said it is their only piece of wood so far that has not cracked (that doesn't mean everyone's models but just that each type of wood has seen it's fair share of cracks). I think the Burl is pretty classy with the light tones, even tho I admit I actually love Premium Walnut, but I don't know how that particular wood holds up. I kind of feel like it is insurance to spend the small extra on the Maple Burl while the sale is going on, but would you guys pay the extra, or just get the cheapest model since they have a 3 year warranty on the shell?

@CarolKing, I have seen where you and some others tend to use a J-Hook. That seems like an awesome idea! Is the toking angle good? I know I don't have to make a decision on it today, bit figured I would ask about it. Is that your preferred way to use the E-Nano, and do you notice vapor to be a lot cooler when using a J-Hook as opposed to a straight stem?

Get the stand if you're not handy enough to make one. It keeps the nano upright, and stable.
I think people prefer the adjustable stem. I have not tried all glass. I hardly use my silicone, except on gongs. Have fun
