Although for everydays use the Evolve Plus look like a better choice for your brother.

I own an original evolve, a plus, NYX, and many, many more devices. That said, the Pandon with dual ceramic coils is our current go-to device. Makes sure you order some ceramic coils!

Personally I'd go with the evolve plus , having two coils may be nice at times but one dual quartz will give you big enough hits that it is not needed and just overkill , plus cleaning would become a pain. I do like what @Hoosier has said about two ceramic donuts , that would prob work really nice.

Yeah, I have only used the original Quartz with the Pandon in a situation where I used the Quartz and then tossed them in the garbage before catching a plane. 100% ceramic donuts for me.

I didn't even think about the mix...that makes it that much more attractive.
Don't you have the option to use one or two coils in the pandon?
It seems lightweight and fairly cheap.
...found one on ebay for $20 I hope that was the proper move.
I normally use the DTv3 for a donut and need to order another one this week...but the set up is a lot heavier with a cuboid battery.
Do the donuts work well? And do they leak?

I'm not sure I don't have the Pandon , to me it is more of a novelty item. One coil on the evolve plus has been greAt for me. I wouldn't want to have to deal with two , they get dirty quick and need a cleaning. The donuts I never liked much on any of the stock evolve base's , they do shine running on a mod where you can bump up the power a bit. For me the donuts did not provide much vapor but taste was definitely nice as they don't glow as strong as the quartz would and provide a lower temp hit. I just personally have not had much luck using them on battery yocan provides. That's why I liked hoosier's idea of two , maybe that would help a bit. I have never experienced any leaking with the yocan coils , just be sure not to load to much or you will be gunking up the coils quick and having problems .

Yes, you can run one or two coils on the Pandon. Buy a couple of extra coil caps and you have a pretty nice pre-loaded setup for out and about.
I also use a v3+cuboid+henail style recycler as my primary household portable. Also just burnt out a coil in there and need to get some more mediums from Matt.
I like to load my Pandons with between a bb and pea sized load and only use the lowest setting. Many hits are possible between loads and terps stick around, as long as you pulse your heat. You will be very pleased. No leaking at all.

@WakeAndVape Check out the Evic Basic. Super compact mod I use with my v3. The whole unit (atty and mod) is shorter than a ego battery.

I just got my yocan pandin...it's aiight! Defenetly hits harder than I thought it would and yea...taking 5 hits before work ain't the best idea!

!Personnaly I didn't used a lot the Pandon but it can see some use to get a power small engine to white wall a bong (using a silicon nipple) in a party. I think some medical users might like the fact it is possible to use in the same time a high cbd wax and a high thc wax using 2 differents attys but powered together!

Today I loaded her up with EJUICE + KIEF + ROSINED the Coil's = VERY NICE
This is perfect for the beginner. (MEDICATED)
INCREASE the GAUGE of the COIL WIRE and I think the VETERAN'S will be attached.
It's cheap and powerful.
My COILS are 22 wrapped with 30 kine of like a TIGER or TANK COIL
I do love the TANK DESIGN!
Battery seems better as well!
