Pen Yocan Orbit

I say keep Yocan Orbit the same and if you do an updated design call it Orbit 2 or some other new name. I like the current Orbits (got 3) a lot and basically have mine modded for waterpieces. I treat it like a fully manual device and I like it that way. You can bump the fire button and keep a pretty steady stream of vapor coming and as I have a variety of 22 mm bubblers I am very happy with the coolness. But Yocan should provide a 22 mm base to sit in in between hits. This is a serous omission. Treating it as a manual you have to be aware of how much you put in and how long you heat for, but it is easy to see with the glass top something you cannot do w Pivot. Keep glass top!
Because of the short airpath the biggest problem is the vapor can become very hot during extended sessions ( same w Pivot). Making the new design WPA compatible with water pieces should be something Yocan should focus on. Yocan does not really do these for ANY of their products at the moment. This is basically true for Puffco Pivot as well but Puffco does offer a WPA & bubblers I mean look at POTV has a whole family of bubblers and adapters for their range of Vaporizers as well and then you get other artisans to make accessories for it.
As I said my Orbits are mounted on little 22 mm bubblers and I got 3 different one s including recycler tops, as well as a 90 degree mouthpiece (modified Longmada) that I can use. I welcome new models that offer flexibility right from the start. A refined temperature control should be easy for Yocan to do. Battery life is pretty good as well.
Don't think you need to worry so much about providing 10 colors, concentrate on the engineering. I am away so can't share pics but since there is no base to stand it on I keep a mug where I can keep 3 of these together. If I have company I bring out the mug and generally put a different strain in each Orbit I have.
I find the taste and flavor to be pretty good as long as I don't continuously provide heat. All glass air path also is essential. Swab between dabs and easy to clean (easier than Pivot). So like I said I am a fan. Modding the Orbit should be easier and there is clearly room for improvement on this. Thanks for asking. Feel free to contact me if you have any specific questions.

I have used the Orbit since it came out and have enjoyed it. I wouldn't change much except maybe to modify the coil so it somehow heats up the sides and not just the bottom. I have had issues with the mouthpiece clogging with solidified product after use but that's mostly a result of loading too much and really not sure how it could be prevented with design changes.
I do like the idea of having the Orbit be WPA compatible since I use mine at home.
