For attention of Puff-it-up reps, I placed and paid for an order to the value of nearly $100 on the 20 November last year. I waited patiently for it to arrive, and im still waiting. I emailed you twice between then and now, and not alone did I not get an explanation, you didnt even have the commom courtesy or decency to reply to me. Not even a damn reply, what type of customer service is that?! My order no. is 9484. I think its sad i have to resort to calling you out online to get a reply to why I gave you nearly a hundred of my hard earned money, and you cant even reply to my emails explaining the status of my order, how ignorant. Please amend this situation, at the very least reply this time, thanks and peace out
