Will this glass setup work? Stackable bubbler converted to glass hookah

Inspired by the @SSVUN~YAH thread vaping with a hookah thread, I want to get a glass hookah setup so I can sit back and vape easily. Here is what I am planning for a setup:

1. Toro style stackable bubbler from american glass studio

2. OGB 18mm vapor whip adapter (9.5mm glass tube)

3. White silicone tubing 3/8" ID, 1/2" OD -- will cut to size

And then I will use this with my Herbalaire and PV Gong. I believe 9.5mm will fit in the 3/8" (9.525mm) ID tube well.

edit: I think I need to find a different stackable bubbler. I'm concerned about how angled the HA would be sitting and possibly breaking the gong.

edit 2: This ash catcher/bubbler looks like it could be perfect.

Just a heads up, some vapes aren't meant to be put upside down for long periods, and so it can damage the device. Although the hookah setup is my favorite way to vape, I dont use it often anymore.
