30 years as a track coach and never had an athlete drink too much: had plenty of knuckleheads under perform or end up in the medical tent from dehydration.
Our members are correct about most of us being slightly dehydrated most of the time.
Seems like chocolate milk and pedialyte are really fast hydrators.
