@jim-bob , what type of information are you looking for that doesn't exist? I'd be happy to write something up if you give me an idea of what you need to know. My job is to provide information, and if you aren't finding the info about our products that you need on their respective pages, I can certainly try to improve our product descriptions.
Or, if you're after information of a different type, what info could I write up and provide that would help someone new UP Tech products out? We offer a wider variety of products than most other oil vaporizer companies, and I'm sure our high end items can be a bit intimidating.
Your second paragraph show that you're aware of my problem - I'm new to the pen style of vaporizers, and the amount of choices out there is honestly pretty dizzying and assumes a certain amount of basic knowledge before you can even get your foot in the door. Someone like me who likes to think he researches his purchases can easily get bogged down in the minutiae of "so this guy says this is the good atomizer but it doesn't come with the good coil? or is it the other way around? Am I even using the right words?" and next thing you know i'm paralyzed with indecision.
Some more dunce-friendly language would definitely help the cause - i can see that the Minicron has a self-adjusting center pin, for instance, and i assume that's good, and that the ophos has a different button, but it's the same as well somehow? A 'starter kit' or a rough breakdown of what might be better for certain applications would go a long way towards clearing up confusion.
This is by no means a problem unique to you guys - pens in general are a serious tinkerer's den, and it seems like there's probably a niche for someone that can make it easily digestible.
