Which portable vape?

Ok I've narrowed it down to the Solo or Air...leaning towards the Air. What accessories are a must have? This is what I have so far:

cart_tr_cap.gif

ITEM DESCRIPTION

ARZ.AIR-TIT-0.jpg

Arizer Air Titanium
$259.00

$18.99

$43.99

$18.99

AIR for only $169! [ARZ.AIR-TIT} -$90.00

Is puffitup a reputable site? The only thing I'm not seeing on that site that I want is a bubbler mouthpiece.

PIU is awesome man!!!

Great decision.. You already have the bubbler adapter.. The Air GonG. Just be sure you get the proper mm, 18mm, or 14mm

Check out the Joda GonGs on PIU too.
Maybe shoot Randy (HMFIC) a pm @PuffItUp , let him know what you want, he is awesome to deal with from many many members.

@VaporNation treated me exceptionally well in my Solo order.
Whole bunch of freebies, FC21 on your order for 21% off your entire order..
Solo ends up at 150 including shipping and digital scale, cheapo grinder, and choice of extra stem or car charger.
(Stem is 10$, car charger come in handy for sure, valued at 23$)

I second PIU- you also get an FC discount from them. And the Joda stems are great. He makes a nice gong. The main advantage of the air over the solo is that you can exchange batteries if you have the charger and are never out of power. I think I still prefer the Solo but either is good.
By mouthpiece bubbler do you mean a hydratube? I think you're better off getting a DO-20 from DHgate. I've yet to get a hydratube that doesn't leak.

Yes a hydratube. I've been looking at this one but it's a bit expensive.

This vape will be mainly used on the go, in my car, etc. I have my LSV for home use. I really want/need water filtration. I'd imagine the stock tube is harsh on higher temp levels.
That bubbler you posted looks like a deal. I may have to get that for my LSV.

also, is there a code for the FC discount?

Many vapes & accessories. Always happy to help
I love lamp...
I love... air! ;)

Good decision! You might just wanna check out the Air thread and ask your questions there. A lot of good guys and gals around happy to help ya. So see you there?

I, for one, would go for a third party charger like nitecore or xtar/luc
and grab another battery plus (inofficial) USB cable.

Looks like you are well sorted on the Air front @I'm Ron Burgundy? . The only thing I would suggest is adding a 2nd short tipped stem & I would get a Nitecore charger for 1/2 the price of the Air charger.

If you are feeling flush I feel the following will maxamise your enjoyment of the Air

  • 2 x short stems
  • 1 x GonG
  • 2 x OEM battery (3 is better)
  • 1 x External charger
  • 1 x Ed's TnT stem (bulletproof & also a 14mm WonG if you need)
All that & your Air will be ready for the battles ahead. I certainly hope it has a hard & taxing life with no respite from the heat & no mercy is shown.

I love FuckCombustion.

The community continues to blow me away with the kindness of each individual.

Threads like this are just a small example of how amazing it is.

You're gonna love your Air Mr.Burgundy, even more than the Old Wooden Ship.
And if for some odd reason you don't, contact Randy, and he'll make it right.

Ha! what in the hell's diversity?? :lmao:

I figure I cannot go wrong with he Arizer products, so many seem to love their Solo and Air. Plus i can always get a pure convection portable down the road....maybe the Zion.

Yeah the solo and air are both solid choices. I just ordered a FW3 myself, I think its one of the best valued portables on the market right now, just requires a little learning. I personally enjoy learning curves because that means you decide how you use it and it makes it versatile. if a vape is super easy to use, it usually has less versatility.

and join the zion preorder train! itll show up before you know it. I know you aren't looking to spend ~300 so just order the one battery unit before it goes up in price

Something that somehow hasn't been mentioned here is the fact that the stock air MP's (with the black tip) are a natural fit for 14mm. Effectively serving as a free gong.

Also shop www.dhgate.com for your glass, there are several hydratube designs there, a simple pnwt knockoff like you posted above runs $10-20. My favorite piece for my arizer is the d-020 seems almost made for it.
