Nope, but it's easy to get an Ok med card if you have one in another state. After that you buy 3 oz of flower per visit, multiple visits per day aren't a problem according to some dispensaries.
Be aware you can't always find enjoyable weed at a bargain price (like I do). The next problem is that most of it looks and smells good. Some places have more than 100 strains. You wanna be sure you'll like it when you get home. This is a serious problem when your a bottom feeder, always looking for bargains... Lately I do homework using Weedmaps, and then might actually test a strain by buying an eighth before committing, or you can get amazing strains instantly if you're willing to pay $100-150/oz at the top places and go with your favorite strain.
In my teens, I would have been tempted to load-up my trunk (with bargains in an airtight container?) and head north....
I don't encourage illegal activity, but also don't think I'll be risking any time in the pokey by offering free advice.
There are still >500 dispensaries in Oklahoma county. Some stores are focused on carts, gummies, etc.. Some exist only to sell flower from their own farm. Some sell funky weed, with an odd flavor, possibly lightly infused weed, etc.. However there's a handful of places near me that move a ton of clean, fresh, reliable weed.

After you arrive there, sorting thru 100-200 large jars in a timely manner is impossible. Making a quick decision can seem easy but turn out to be frustrating when you get home.
I would be glad to help any licensed person "mine" the local market for excellent (sativa-dominant?) strains and bargains if you're ever in Edmond. It's normally available for $60-80/oz, but with patience, and a lot of specialized searches using Weedmaps, one can get lucky. Be aware that advertised bargains are just part of the story. Some dispensaries are reliable, most aren't. Many have gotten my attention with a nice ad but it ends up being old dried weed or they sold out a while back. Some places run fake or stock ads online. Even the best high volume places won't have deals on good sativa dominant weed under normal conditions. When they do, it never lasts long.
There might be 10x more indica than sativa, if that's your preference, so the price and selection should be better. Can't help with that.
