What Would You Value a Cloud+ at?

Hey guys I need some community input. I have a functioning Cloud+. Its a real one, not one of the fakes that came out. Its in excellent condition, however, I understand that if it breaks it most likely cannot be fixed.

I have a friend that wants to barter for it so I need an approximate $ value so I can offset that against the $ value of the services being rendered.

So what do you guys think is fair?

Thanks @JCat - I was waffling between that and $150. I'm supplying a nice set of ELBs as well and probably the Pelican carry case I made for it. So maybe $150 if they want the case and all or just $100 for the unit and ELBs only . . .

Case is for sure worth $50!

ok they didn't want the case, however, they had no glass so I sold them one of my Devastator glass mouthpieces. So they got the unit with 3 wristbands, 6 ELBs, one of my EZLoaders which uses a glass vapor hose adapter, and the glass mouthpiece for $125/barter. I think that was fair.
