What should I make with my new CNC machine.

^for real.

When you just broadly say "CNC Machine", you could be talking just about anything really...

Given that blanket statement desitdt, I sure hope you know what you're doing around one of those. :uhoh:

DBV stands, that put the DBV on a 45* angle like the SSV.

Wand/Whip rack.

Indent for stir tool, tub for ABV, And screens.

Its a CNC mill, not a lathe.

I did however just invest in a 4th axis attachment.

What is the advantage if tilting the DBV 45deg?

What are some things that can be made out of wood that I could make?

the Bud Toaster is a 2" cube. the big holes need to be drilled (too much material to remove), but there is milling on 4 of the 6 sides. using a hard wood like cherry (and maybe oak, maple, etc.)

if/when i go into production i plan to get the Rockler Shark ... i have delusions of lining up a 10 by 10 grid of cubes, mill them all at one time - rotate 4 times ... it will be awesome (if it works).

Tilting her forward at 45 degrees replicates the way the SSV is setup.
This reduces the chance of the dreaded "blowback" of material onto the heating element (this is a session destroyer) makes a huge mess.

I also feel like the unit performs better at this configuration.
I can't prove it, but I swear I get better hits when she is tilted.

Theoretically..
When I insert the wand when horizontal, the load is not even, therefore the heated air isn't passing through the load evenly.

Angled..the load stays "flat" as opposed to "falling over" in the wand...
Even extraction.

Im thinking of making wood covers and caps for vapes. I have an airizer solo and the bottom plastic plate has cracked. Anyone interested in something like this but made out of wood?

Damn good idea!

I'm sorry man, my life has been rather..hectic as of late.
I'll be getting back to you very soon.

I love this idea here..^^^

Consider making it possible to still charge the Solo standing upright...
Solo fanatics love this ability.

As proven with @Pipes stand...

A wooden stand wood be awesome.
