What qualifies a vape to be branded a "Multi-brand"

Just wondering if these vapes were more less carbon copies of each other just put out by different companies. [If so.. no one seems to mind.] Or if say.... Some companies may buy a lot of a certain model vape from another company, then re-brand it with their companies' logo? And possibly claim slight differences in temperature settings and such?

They are made by 1 company that offers oem services and manufacturing. Like weeke, basically if you purchase a minimum order quantity they will put whatever brand you want on it. Then if you purchase more they may let you make small customizations etc.
