What kind of vaporizer is this?

Hello, everyone.
I was at my local smoke shop the other day and stumble across this vaporizer. I have no idea what it is. It reminds of bottomless banger vaporizer. However, there is a base on the glass that connect to some type of battery. Does anyone have any ideas?
