Personnally i do like straws, concentric straws more specifically. Well, vials is what i have in mind, actually... Anyway, this design can be used to garantee
obvious vapor purity: what you see is what you get (nothing being hidden from the customer's view). In addition, there's potential for some convenient versatility side to it (vials are portable), which might also lead to efficient vapor optimization using proper energy management. No 100% glass contraption by itself can address the problem of learning curves, full automation would need to be implemented to complement even ideal glassware IMO. Such control could be based on energy absorption:
For example, this graph illustrates water evaporation and i'm quite confident a similar graph could describe cannabis vaporization in its own context. As a consequence, software dealing with measurement and control adequately would most likely provide the best vaporization method possible because software is parametrable and hence users would get the final word about what's best for them.
As for size, noise, stealth look and maintenance, my guess is that would come as a bonus to customers seeking "perfect" vaporization. So... I say it must be clean, efficient and automated. If only straws will do that then so be it!
