What is this strain?

I have only been to a dispensary once because a friend's boyfriend grows for the medical market. I just buy whatever he is growing. He's going out of business so I checked out the dispensary I'd gone to before. They report a new strain and I can't find it on leafly. I'm curious what it's characteristics are: Wook#1 from one-eye.

Never heard of that one .
Is it an Indica or Sativa dominant ?
You may get some characteristics traits from that ...

Sometimes I feel that they're just coming out with
so many different strains now , well b/c They Can and
good for the consuming public .

Last month , I got some " Yoda Kush " .
Thought it was for the Star Wars promo ...

I saw something called 1 eye Jamican strain online, I also saw a Red Eye OG. I didn't see the strain you mentioned anywhere and never have heard or seen it at the dispensaries that I go to.

I agree with all the new names coming out as @poonman said. I also talked with growers that come out with a name all on their own. I don't know if the strain names are registered, that would make sense if they were.

I looked and looked for info on a strain called Okanogan Kush. I couldn't find it anywhere. Okanogan is a county in my state. The farmer probably named it himself is what I figured.

Breeders often name their own strains based on character traits. Looks, smell, effects. .Sometimes they just name shit out of the blue.


I just finished my Iced Cookies.
Which is Northern Lights#5 x Girl Scout Cookies.

I came up with name because of the appearance of the flowers whilst growing. .. looked like it was covered in ice. .
Often referred to as "Glass". . When the Trichomes are so thick.

She needed a name . So I used what she looked like.

Such as White Widow.
When she first was introduced her natural growth pattern resembled an eight legged Spider.

Gorilla Glue. .
Because when grown correctly, she is super sticky. Copious Trichome coverage.

Headband ..AKA SourOG. . (Same Strain)
Really feels as if you're wearing a Headband.

Cannabis is neat.
