What if Apple Made a Vaporizer...

Imagine how perfect that would be. I'm not Apple fanboy, but even I admit that their hardware and industrial design is second to none. With their funding and craftsmanship, if they wanted to, they could cruise into the vaporizer industry and literally blow every other existing device out of the water. The engineering of portable herbal vaporizers is relatively simple, but caters to such a small market, so the industry is pretty much dominated by mom and pop companies (I'm only slightly exaggerating).

Of course this is nothing we'll ever see...but it'd still be dope.

I would never use it, just like their phones and tablets, which spy on you. I'd imagine they would make a vape like the pax. Style over function.

Apple is steadily losing market share to Android based phones & tablets. They have had plenty of iWatch moments & are overly reliant on a product that is increasingly being passed over for cheaper/more innovative models. They would be wise to diversify as phones/tablets are only one aspect of the Samsung empire (for example) whereas they generate significant amounts of Apple's revenue stream.

A perfect product for them to launch is a vaporizer as it is relatively simple to engineer one & just use tried & tested materials. Make it look cool & there is a million *disciples* who will flock to it like sheep to the slaughter. A marriage made in hell if there ever was one. You could put it in the Oscars showbags with a $20 sac :).Thinking about this eventuality makes me nauseous enough to need a stem STAT & I ain't medical!

Anyway, after starting up a computer sales and repair biz in high school nearly 25 years ago (holy crap!), and using nothing but PCs and Windows (and DOS 5.0) for the entire time and always hating on CrApple, 3 years ago I decided to stop my bias and try out Apple products.....Macbook pro 15 retina, iphone, ipod, ipad and I am NEVER going back to PC/windows ever again. I had to always replace my laptops every year or two due to hardware failing (or just shitty build quality) and this starting really adding up financially. I always had to buy a new phone every year as well. I'm pleased to say that for the first time in my life (and those that know me here know how strong my VAS and RE-VAS is), I have owned my laptop and iphone 5 for over 3 years now with no plans to replace! The macbook is like new (including the battery) and the iphone is the same, except the battery shows some fatigue (but still good!).

Sure there are things that frustrate the shit out of me, but I get around them with jailbreaks and such. Maybe I just really like the HARDWARE and could live without the o/s ios.

Regardless, I have drank the koolaid, and know that Apple isn't perfect or close to it, but for my needs Apple just works in comparison to the competition. If Apple released a vaporizer, I would definitely give it a trial!

It would work great but you would need to buy official licensed gong's with a chip in for $74.95 each.

I love my iphone, it works great, but as soon as my contract is up im getting something else. so i can do what i want with it instead of being limited to what apple consider safe.

I would never buy a vape from Apple...that's not their domain obviously, but I've had iPhones for the past four years and no problems with them whatsoever. I find it funny that people are so adamant about hating iPhones/Apple.

I am sort of partial to being able to contact the guy who runs the operation and get direct responses. I also like simple (primitive) vapes that affords me the type of control I am looking for. I suspect an apple vape would not offer either of those features, but I could be wrong seeing that apple vapes don't exist.

I'm totally with you on this. My very first computer was a Mac Plus back in '86 and every computer since then has been a Mac. Love their product.

In regards to an Apple vape, the PAX was called the Apple of vaporizers back when it was first introduced but to me, that label was only because of its aesthetics as well as their packaging.

What surprises me a bit is that they haven't come out with a TV yet but I have no doubt that they will.

People would complain to me that the Apple vaporizer costs more, tell me what a sucker I am to buy one, and how much better a deal they got on a PC vaporizer. They would then be confused as to the reason why PC vaporizers performance is so inconsistent, get viruses, take 3 steps to do what can be done in one step with an Apple vaporizer, etc. I would then point out to the PC vaporizer fanboy that although my Apple vaporizer was initially more expensive, it lasted for 5 years with no viruses, consistent performance, and almost no problems, whereas he is now on his third PC in the same time period. I would then gloat about how much better VALUE an Apple vaporizer really is. :sherlock:
