It depends on what you're talking about, but everything that's not air presents some risk for your lungs. If you mean dry herb pens, again that can mean many things. If you mean Dynavaps, Thermal Accumulators, Anvils, Tempests, Convectors, Stunners, etc. they're probably as safe as any dry herb vapes. Just don't drop it in your lap! ; )

Yeah I presume you're talking about like disposable oil pens and cartridges? As long as you know what's in it, it should be fine, reputable brands, but black market knock off stuff, even some reputable brands might not be so good, you want to know what you're hitting... The risks that were all over the news in the past was some additives that were harming people so make sure you trust your source, there are many different types

Yup there were plenty of "reputable" brands in Cali found with crap in their disposables/carts. And I'm sure there are comparable examples in other legal markets.
Ideally you want 100% pure extracts in the vape i.e sauce or hash rosin. But yeah it's about how much trust can you put into your sources

Yeah I wouldn't either, but just be advised some of the official stuff is not necessarily great either, and a lot of the black market stuff could be fine or better, so yeah just be sure whatever you get you can trust!
