So, I am one of those whose dreams have significantly subsided (or at least my ability to recollect them) over the decades of daily MJ use. Except for rare exceptions I only seem to dream when I am not partaking, which is also pretty rare. I miss them, and I suspect so does my psyche. I tend to believe that like sleep deprivation, dream derivation likely leads, or at least predisposes us, to more maladies and less mental and emotional stability. I would like to see them (Dreams) return.
I'm not looking for a new psychedelic experience or a chemically enhanced dream explosion so I would think something like mugwort might well be overkill. <g> What I would really like is something that could unlock the dream experience that I still recall from before I was a pothead. Without, obviously, giving up the pot.
I'm a coffee drinker with 8 or 10 cups in the first half of the day but none later or it keeps me up, so I need something without caffeine. I am on blood thinners so I can't have green tea or anything kale(ish). Could it be that
Tulsi is what I should try? And
would this be a good choice (caffeine free)? I'm not seeing a downside.
@weedemon Are you still dreaming when you use it? Your experience has been helpful in my decision to try this. I may be reading too much in to what you said but it seemed like it worked for you.
