Salted chocolate shortbread, These are very tasty . They’re wrapped in a Turbinado sugar, The shortbread melts ,you get a crunchiness from the Turbinado, a creaminess from the chocolate, all tied together by a vanilla shortbread .

Having a blue and dreamy Sunday.

I wanted to post a tasty pic of the blueberry danish(es!) I had for breakfast but alas, my reptilian brain commanded me to eat them before I had the foresight to take a picture. You'll have to trust me on this... they looked spectacular.

I've perhaps consumed too much! And not just the danishes.
