volcano x HA x EQ = Ultimate balloon Plus Turbo mouth

So I figure I would show every one how I make my balloon since I have so many parts laying around and everyone always ask me about my balloons when they come over.

I use the following parts:
Volcano Cut your own balloon roll. (imo the best....because its a true toppits/german bag)
Extreme-q tube (small piece makes the seal as well as the safety)
Extreme-q glass mouth piece
Herbalaire balloon clamp.

I first cut the tube and slit it the long way and throw it on the glass mouth piece.

Next I cut the balloon roll to the length I would like and close one end up with Packing tape that has the threads in it so it makes a nice hard tail end. Then you put the open end over the EQ mouth piece.

After that throw the herbalaire clamp over that.

Trim up the excess and this is what the mouth end should look like.

Now that this end is on most people will wonder how do you get this on the Herbalaire? there are 2 ways
1. throw it directly on top of that straw until its snug (dont push to hard...its not necessary and it will bread the glass.
2. (This it the way I prefer it.) Make your mouth piece "Super Turbo" by drilling one side totally open and the other to fit the mouth piece. Do this by pushing the crappy stock screen out and working slowly with drill bits. Put back a super fine stainless steel screen. ( do your research... very nice screens which are very fine can be had and make a huge difference on taste and cleanliness.

Now throw it on the machine it should look like this if you did it right and it seals nice!!!!

also, the volcano bags have a strip of material along the side of the folded bag you can use to tie the top off, should you be in a pinch

This balloon is not done yet I'm going to find the ultimate clamp or attachment system for the bag to the mouth piece since The clamps I have are showing a little rust. May be some nice racing aluminum clamps, maybe billet, alloy. Or maybe I can find the right two part shaft clamp/collar. What is the diameter of the solo balloon mouthpiece? I don't think this particular item will fit, but I was thinking something like this, in the correct size, would work perfectly.

I prefer just using cable ties + gun to attach the bags.

Easy peasy and makes a great seal.
