Man, I was sure i had answered your Q... but apparently not.

I don t know how u call it in english, but i use the string they use to "tie" electric plugs. it s basically a metallic string that you tie around. hard for me to help as i don t even know how it s called in my language
And then i use a touch of tape just to be sure.

I did not mention bread bag tie, coz from what I remembered from my two years in the US of A the bread I was buying did not have that kind of tie so I was not sure it will ring a bell to anyone.
