Hello, I’m would like to know if any of the winners from the Vivant Vault Giveaway Contest if they have received anything from JoJo@vivant? I have emailed them 2 times and each time they said in a week and that was a month ago. I’m a little concerned as I have sent them a copy of some private info(license +) for validation. I think the moderators should look into this.

You must be referring to the Vivant Mini Giveaway, not the Vault.

All I can suggest is reaching out directly to the company. Jojo no longer works for Vivant, so I wouldn't try contacting him directly. His departure may very well have something to do with the delay in shipping, methinks.

Hey guys our apologies for the delay. Jojo no longer works with us hence the lack in communication with the winners. I will be contacting the winners to make sure all the prizes go out to the winners ASAP.

I was contacted again about getting my prize shipped and I reconfirmed my address and everything. That was on June 11th the last thing they said was to wait for a shipping confirmation email. Never got an email, never got a prize...
