Awesome, because this thing is my favorite wax tool, but it could use some updates to make it almost flawless.

Hey @KidFated. sorry it took a bit to respond. The button being too easy to press is an issue that we are working on improving on the next DabOX.

In fact here is a sneak peek of the DabOX Pro:

This is just the first prototype. The button will be made smaller than what you see here.

For your situation on your DabOX I recommend 5 clicks to turn it off after each use to make sure it doesn't turn on because of a sensitive button. We appreciate your comments and critiques. Hopefully we can show it to you through our new products.

FWIW I tried to talk to @Vivant by email about my dabox possibly having an issue because at first it rocked at then it got worse like it was losing power but they didn’t wanna hear any of that. Basically in so many words that it was solid product and never hear of my issues..so I gave up

Hey @subway13029 who did you talk with? But I can help you bud. Let me know how it is acting up/what you mean by it is losing power. Without knowing anything yet I would recommend changing your coils. But let me know and I will get back to you.

I have a 5 pack of each type of coils and I bought the bubbler. I emailed the company vivant directly and was told that the tiny o rings can’t be replaced and to 5 flick it on and off after I install a coil but when I first got the dabox it worked good but for some reason it seems to not work right..basically I get nothing but splatterback now..and it constantly clogs up after a hit or two and it mostly from splatter and trust me I’ve tried both types of coils with small and regular sized loads..and I know it worked good at first so losing power was my idea..lol..but it’s basically a paperweight now.. @Vivant

i messaged you back @Vivant ..im not complaining aboit it anymore..i know you guus stand behind your product but man you guya refuse to afmit that there could be an actuql issue..i agree this thing is a tank..its weird because it fires up and the coils will glow but i dunno whats going on nor do i really even care..ive spent so much money on stuff that goes bad that i just chalk it up..

I got one too ! I really wanted the gunmetal one , but my ocd made me get the black one so the bubbler matches . That little bubbler add on is pretty cool and I really like the container on it with the dabber. It’s lame it only comes in the black color though

Anyone on here ever have a problem with thw dabox. I messaged them on Instagram and sent emails but no answer back. I have one and the light stopped working. Not the biggest deal but I don't know when it's working. Don't know if it's on or off. Kinda dangerous tossing in my pocket not knowing. Want to see if anyone had a problem and if they warranty. With other companies I've called they respond right away. Dam shame because I love this box. Never dropped or even gummed up. I keep all mu stuff very clean. I'm stupid like that.

Hello, your Dabox might be set in stealth mode, so the light won't be blinking, please try to turn it on, then press 3 times of the power button, the stealth mode should be turned off. (same as turn on stealth mode)
