I'm tired of worrying about this shit, paypal refund requested. Best of luck to anyone who rides this out.
My patience is wearing very thin.
I emailed them today inquiring about shipping and got a prompt response 20 minutes later. This was their response:
"We will share via email but when our betas are out we are going to focus on the website infrastructure. You can communicate with us there. Our forum will be a mini FC for people who love or own our products. Its important to have open communication so we will copy our posts from FC over to our private site."

Apart from the lack of shipping there also seems to be an overwhelming silence coming from versa.
I guess they're west coast, so they still have a couple hours (last email said they had to be at UPS by 5:00).

What, do you think that is some secret shipper's information? Like you just gave away the industry secret?
Funny how back before the shit hit the fan, some were bitching about too many updates, telling Leiana to "work on product not updates". Now this guy/these people are up against the wall to get out product, and people want custom tailored updates. If you're in, give it a break already. The email I got said they'd be shipping "this week", nothing about monday/wednesday, fwiw.
If you can't stand the heat, get outta the kitchen.
Agreed about the paypal dispute timeline for those doing disputes.
One thing to be wary of, and maybe I shouldn't post this, shippers just need to create a shipping invoice with a carrier and said item will be marked as shipped, even if the shipper hasn't boxed up the item yet.
I've had that happen to me and the product wasn't sent out for reals for a good week.
