I really like my Infinity. I too use it more than my Cloud+. I am getting very used to its vapour output and taste. My Cloud+ died today too so looks like I am going for the Infinity full time now

Sure, I've read what you guys have been posting...but...I'm still a big fan of my Versa Infinity.

As a business, Versa has had it's issues and is definitely at fault for much of it, but I really think this forum and all Internet channels really...exaggerate things. Go read the Pinnacle Pro thread for another example, user experience in terms of the vape as well as the company customer service is all over the map. There are many other FC threads just like it. It is "full spectrum" customer experience.

I do not regret signing up for the "Beta" or whatever people want to call it. My personal dealings with Versa the company and Chris have been perfectly fine. I just got my hands on a Hookah Adapter and the whip./bag attachment and plan to try them out. See the "vaping with a hookah" thread in the glass forum for mine and other people's experience. The Hookah thing has really opened my eyes, it's just a great vape option to have.

I just got an Herbalizer...which is a fantastic vaporizer...and I still find myself wanting to use the Infinity alongside it while I put my SubUFO away as soon as the Infinity arrived. The Infinity is actually easier to use with Water Tools and more versatile with the Hookah option. I think the ceiling on this design is very high and more innovation is coming that greatly interests me.

And @Zangano Cruel , I am not sure you're PayPal dispute was completely above board, so it's hard for me to accept your criticisms at full face value. Just my opinion from reading and participating in the thread from the very beginning...I do not want to debate this and flog the horse, just putting in my .

I paid full money for a promised black unit. Never happened. My unit broke.
I don't want this people doing the same that happened with the MW and Incognito a time ago, to more customers.

I did my criticism but for example, Chris told me that based on the EQ cap at the male joint, as I used it, it's going to be the next improvement in their flower bowl. So, I did my part to improve the function of the vape.
And if you don't want to beat the horse , why did you already do it with me???

It did happen to me. I received a frosted unit and not black (or white) just like everyone else. My unit arrived damaged, the heater top was broken off so all I had was a wand with no body. The extra stuff I ordered did not come with the original shipment. My control box would not give a read out. All was corrected completely with no fuss.

If I recall correctly you did not want this unit since the announcement was made that Chris was building it yet you accepted delivery and used the vape. I ordered on the same day as you and could have cancelled my order and requested a refund as many did do. I can't imagine any BM or manufacture being happy taking back a used vaporizer for a full refund but what do I know, I can't even stand doing business with dispenseries who dick me around and then call the next day to say they need more because it all sold in 5hrs, and by the way we want to pay you less and only on consignment. Dealing with customer service and business with heads is about as fun as sticking a needle in my eye.

Some of us have already been around the block with this guy. In fact, AS SOON as I posted here about him someone else here was relaying a message from Chris that he wanted to send me another unit. I emailed him and he backpedaled on that immediately and thats cool. I dont want one of these vapes. Nothing against it but I got more vapes than I can use, I really dont need one.

I hope it works out for you guys... I got left holding the bag on my MW. Thing hasnt seen the light of day in over a year because it just had too many issues.

I don't see many here "wishing" any kind of failure on Chris. If anything, most here would rather see him change his ways so that he could succeed.

I never considered growing a job, it was a way to have the very best product. I did have a believe once that medical marijuna was more of a service that was worthy of a saint but I no longer feel that way. I call anyone that uses weed for recreation or medical reasons a head btw.

My FakeExhaleCloud (Cloud+ effectively) completely annihilates the performance my old MW offered, and the Versa seems not much improved over that.

Why?

Probably because long before the term medical marijuna was even a thing we used herb for our heads, sure it was always great for body but when I was young my body required very little attention or medication. Back then straight folks called us stoners, burners, and a number of other degrading terms, heads was far more fitting to what we where doing with the herb.

Do remember the term Head shop?

I honestly don't know. But I can tell you that I also reach for my Nano, Underdog, and HI before the Cloud+. Maybe it's the 'ritual' aspect to it or the more handmade feel of it? I only use my Cloud when other people are around and I let them use it while I use one of my others. Also, when I first received my Cloud+ I was greatly underwhelmed at the build quality of it. At least the outer shell and the horribly aligned aluminum halves. Especially for a $500 vape. Luckily I got mine used and paid about half with no HT. The Evo seems to be an improvement but I still see quite a few people having issues with them and the plastic outer shell,to me, is a turn off of sorts. This is all just personal preference so please don't crucify me as I know the Cloud has a VERY rabid fan base. Anyway, there is my rambling answer. I know I'm in the vast minority but take some comfort in the fact that Vitolo is there with me.

Vitolo don't like that much WTs. I kind of remember something like that.
Both Clouds, EVO and Infinity IMHO work better through a waterpath.

I just want someone to take the Infinity design and make it really all way glass airpath, a la EVO.
But, IMO, if no company already come with that glass body concept, kind of sounds like glass, actually, is not such a smart material for that design.
As you already posted, this design will favor from a 14mm glass joint with a long but thinner ceramic heater totally encapsulated in an outer glass shell.
Where are all those mad skill scientists FC members when we need them??
Are they saving ideas for IGG funding campaigns?????

Just as a follow-up, I put my Infinity away for a couple days and used my EV-2 for awhile. I do love my EV-2, and it has a solid place in my lineup, but going back to my Infinity last night, I am still impressed with its performance. Son of a bitch stones me quickly and efficiently and seems to work a little better with my glass than the EV-2. I love my EV-2 as a direct-draw vape, though, which is not practical with the Infinity, I think. I have not had any of the issues with my Infinity yet, so at this point, I still feel like my $190 was well spent. As long as it keeps performing like it does now, I have no reason to complain.

Now, if I would have paid full market price, I would not be happy with the frosted glass and the exposed wires, etc. ... it's not the sexiest vape in the world in its current inception, but the son of a bitch works well so far, and that is what is most important to me. Well, that and safety, and so far I have nothing happen to make me concerned about that.

Um.....ditto. I find that the Infinity produces an impressive volume of dense vapor from very small loads, I'm always surprised when it keeps on milking, even before applying the boost. The high is superlative, but I know that is subjective and others may have different opinion on that, but for me, nothing I have works better, see my sig for what I've been using. If there is a vaporizer that performs better at the Infinity's price point, I want it.

I have the bag/whip attachment now for direct draw mode, I tried it and it works fine, but it's not my favorite, I really prefer it through water Inverted on my DO2O with Claisen Adapter. If you haven't tried the Hookah mode yet, I strongly suggest that too. Got a cheap hookah on Amazon for $12 and it works great and hookahs with 2 hoses make the vaporizer simultaneously shareable.

I finally made it home. I will reconstruct my Infinity tonight. the new heater is definitely updated somewhat. The middle hole is larger and the construction is slightly different. I will report back.

Got the unit up and running. Performed a burn off of the element as instructed. Didn't notice any off gassing. Got it all put back together. I just wrapped the wires together and used heat shrink to cover it. The leads were long enough to perform the splice outside of the body. I plan on trying some different things with this unit.
