Yessir. Out for delivery. Dodged a bullet too. My work was going to send me to Dallas instead of home. Luckily they found another guy who is local and on his way home. Blah blah blah, I'm sure no one cares about my whereabouts. As @Stu said, wrong thread.

Edit: I have received a couple emails from Versa with to tips and whatnot. They will post a YouTube video as well. I'm sure all of you will receive a similar email. I will try to post a review this evening.

@Madcap79 if you didn't yet go to the Versa forums, they just posted this info which might be helpful after you unbox, good luck! The only tip I will add is "do not vape the lavender salve."

Here are some basics

Set Up & Safety
There is a long black barrel disconnect cord that should be plugged in first. It connects the Infinity to the control unit. Then plug the control unit into the wall, and use the dial to turn it on. You do not need to unplug it to turn it off,just simply turn the dial all the way down and the unit will turn off.

You can either turn it up all the way for a faster heat up time, then turn it down to the desired voltage after 1-2 minutes. Otherwise set it to your desired voltage and let heat up for 4-6 minutes.
When you try the Infinity with any piece for the first time be careful and make sure the weight distribution is ok, so that no tipping will occur.

When connecting the Infinity to a bowl do so gently and try to make sure everything is lined up. When aligned properly the unit will create a seal and sit comfortably and safely on the bowl.

Use the cap and heater as a indicator of where NOT to touch. The bottom half of the unit stays cool to the touch unless used inverted for a long period of time. BE CAREFUL!

Yes you can leave the Infinity on all day, but we do not recommend doing that on concentrates mode/the highest voltage. As this setting is EXTREMELY hot and will likely shorten the life of the parts.

Always remember to put your Infinity back on back on its stand when not in use!

Silicone tipped tongs were included to assist with taking bowls that may still be hot off of your pieces. It also helps when glass joints get stuck. Use these to save your fingers from any chance of burns!

As a gift to the Beta Testers we included a Lavender Salve made by Leiana! Just in case you forget to use your tongs

Two wooden stir tools were also included, we suggest stirring in between every big hit, and every few small hits.

To find your sweet spot:
For herbs we have liked results from the range of 72-85 depending on desired results.
Concentrates turn the dial up all the way
Speed of your draw will effect heat
Boost feature will increase heat

Using Boost w/ Herb
When first trying the boost feature it is best to do so on lower temperatures to ensure no combustion occurs. Place the palm of your hand flat over the back opening of the Infinity lightly creating a seal (Do not apply too much pressure). I like to start the draw with boost activated just till I see thick vapor start to fill the chamber, then let my hand off. If heat is too high or boost is used for too long combustion is possible so be cautious and play around at lower temperatures first.

Boost with Concentrates
When it comes to concentrates you can do boost the whole time if you like or not at all. Experiment and see what works best for you!

Hoping my concentrate bowl arrives in close proximatry to the Versa landing. My fault, I ordered New Year's Day and my brain did not come on line until the next day so I ordered the Versa for flower. At least I will have the hookah bowl to test until it arrives so I am sure I will remain well entertained for a day or two.

Alright everyone. The time has come. Haha. The packaging was basically the pelican style case inside the FedEx box. No worries though, everything was safe. Got everything as described in my email. The unit itself feels very solid. Easy to hook up and whaddya know it turns on. I set the voltage at 76v. I let it sit for about thirty minutes because of other distractions. When I was finally able to hit it, it worked just fine. I took two fairly good rips off of it and there was only minimal browning of the herb as far as I could tell. Because of the aforementioned distractions my initial review and pics/vids won't be too in depth and for that I apologize. So here is a pic of the package right after I opened it and a shitty video. Again I apologize. What I can tell you is this:

Feels solid and well built to me.
It does get hot at the top but stays cool below the 'cap'. This was at only 76v for about a half hour to an hour. It hits well but is slightly restrictive but nothing too difficult. Good vapor production imho and slight browning of the herb. Initially, I don't feel cheated out of any money. Here are the pic and video. I'll try to post some more later.
Btw, it took forever to write this.

In the email it was stated it was remove the hot bowl. The way I use it it will probably not get that hot. I think you might also use it to swap heaters as I don't see being able to get access otherwise. I can answer questions so feel free to ask. My distraction is my furry son Fritz. I he is in a lot of pain from what we are thinking is hip dysplasia. It was aggravated from jumping down from mommy's car. He started whining and whimpering while I was gone. Blah blah blah. Any way, feel free to ask questions.

I agree that the vapor production was not the same as in the video. It could be tomfoolery on their part. But I used the low end of their suggested range and only enough product to cover the screen. I will say that it didn't brown the herb much and both hits were similar that I took.

Its a metal screen that fits in a groove of sorts. I think you could use the wooden stir tool to remove and replace it. It could be considered a glass log vape but to me that's not an insult. I haven't used the boost yet. I'll try to record a boost vid soon.

Also, after my two hits I turned the voltage down to 30 and it was slightly warm but I could touch it easily.

Btw, @Mr. Gweilo 420 I get the same results with my cloud+ set at 12. For comparison.

Thanks for the pics and vid @Madcap79. Glad to see a real unit working in an FC member's hands.
You and others are mentioning glass log vape(which is a good thing, I love my UD and Hot Pod in fact, I've often described the Cloud as an all glass, super log vape from Captain Picard's collection) but is that comparison brought up due to how it connects to the glass. Guess Im a little confused how you're connecting.
If you do film a boost demo, would you be able to raise the camera up just a bit to see the actual marriage of the Versa and glass? TIA.

Sounds like a medium/high range of voltage plus a fully layered bowl should produce a good amount of vapor then. Hopefully the herb continues to not overbrown in this scenario.

The flavor was great on the first two hits and degraded on the third and forth. Vapor got wispy on the fourth hit. I will try to show how it all goes together in a video today.

Just took a couple rips at 86v. Used less herb and from my POV it looked denser. I did not record it.
I used the boost on the second pull and the vapor seemed about the same density which, to me, makes it seem like it has some effect to vapor production. The herb was lightly browned after both hits. The amount of herb was about half a screens worth. Still cool to the touch, below the cap, at this voltage. But that was only after 15 mins or so. I left it at that voltage and will check it after a longer period of time. I think the base helps dissipate heat somewhat and acts as a heat sink of sorts. Plus, heat rises so being vertical helps as well. I've found that the bowl sticks to the unit rather than my tube sometimes but this could be user error. The handle on the side of the bowl could be a bit longer imho but not a huge deal. I will suggest it to them though. They gave me a hookah attachment as well so I'm going to track one down to test it......hopefully. This is all I can think of for now. Please ask more questions and I'll do my best to answer. Sorry if this is incoherent. I'm a bit medicated.
