Hello, this is my first post. I have had experience vaping for awhile now but never actually by myself. I am a very peaceful guy. I like to have a few hits here and there but it affects my cardio, which I undeniably care more about than vaping. I run about 5 miles early in the morning to clear my head and start the day off with a bang (I love the peace). I do have a longer run-day but I fail to see the relevance in my explanation of my routine. I understand that running and vaping would , to the average person, seem like it would NOT affect it. If anyone with experience doing HIGH intensity cardio ( not just a brisk jog) could shed light I would be thankful! My concerns are that , when you vape you always hold in your hit, right? Well could that possibly effect the way you pace your breaths during a run? I felt like the main thing that made my cardio suffer was that when I would use a bowl, I would hold the hit in. I felt like it affected my ability to take a deep breath whilst running. I actually smoked a bowl for a few years and I also ran the entire time (albeit a lot less) I hope one with experience can answer. I already understand that the cilia are not affected and that there are no air pockets destroyed . On a note to end this initial post, I would like to thank anyone who would be able to help me out- I know I am asking for a very specific response and I appreciate the effort on my behalf. I will also post a poll just for the heck of seeing what those who chose not to reply feel about vaping and cardio.
