vaporizer resin vs bong/pipe resin

I'm sure it's been discussed here before but I couldn't find it after going through several threads.
Whats the difference between the resin from a vape vs what builds up in a bong or pipe? The vapor resin is not as sticky and messy for one and seems to have more of the good stuff left over but I thought a vape was supposed to give you more of the good things.

Whereas the vapor resin is actually pure thc extracts kind of... So when we vape herbs, we are vaporizing the oils within the herb, then those oils often condense on surfaces we use to vape like steel and glass.

So many people salvage this reclaimed weed oil to vape yet again! Does that help answer the question?

No problem, I haven't smoked in years and never want to again, also don't really bother with reclaim anymore these days myself since I have easy access in California...

Yeah the shit from the bong is a lot of tar and garbage. You are combusting and releasing all those toxic chemicals that build up. The reclaim is not the same thing because we vape at such lower temperatures that all that garbage is not released. Mind you, I do not use reclaim at all. But yeah, in university I use to scrape stems and bowls for a quick hit when I was out of weed and broke. But yeah, we all been there lol.
