Vaporizer in Thailand?

Hey guys,
I'm about to go on a trip to Thailand.
As far as I'm aware of weed is (some kind of) legal there.
I've read about vaporization devices being illegal though. Seems to be mostly for e-cigarette vaporizer thingys.

So my question,
Has anyone further information on the topic?
Preferably having visited Thailand since the legalization?

Before I went to Bangkok, I heard recommendations about the store Smileandfolk, and I verified before that they had a xmax v3 pro in stock via facebook. It went flawlessly (they saved the unit for me), and they had bong adapter too.
