please go somewhere else for your own sanity! ordered mine weeks ago and i'm still unable to use it.

they sent it in the wrong color; they didn't include the whip. after multiple emails and calls they seemed less than impressed...in fact, i think they were waiting me out hoping i'd give up on the whip. cheap asses.

there are plenty of online retailers offering everything they have at the same price - - GO ELSEWHERE!

Exactly. I've never seen them offer a sale or discount. Due to their indifference to your complaint, I'll add a 'not recommended' to their listing on the legit resellers thread.
