You mean Thoughts on what went wrong with your unit, I assume? The units I sent you guys were of the original 100 built. We build 100 units after prototype phase, about half we destroy to test the devices limits. The other half get used by my friends and in this case I gave them out as testers to you guys.There are some differences between your units and the actual production ones. I will have to check with my engineer to see his thoughts, but without seeing it I imagine he will not have a concrete answer.
What had happened is that while in cleaning that silicone o ring had moved and allowed ISO to touch the core, and then upon further investigation the negative terminal wasn't actually soldered or crimped to the core. I just wondered if ISO would have swollen that o-ring which is what allowed it to be dislodged.
