I had been thinking about trying out the VaporGenie for a little while, and when I saw that sale I just couldn't resist. And I'm definitely loving it! Was a little worried before I got it that it would have too much of a learning curve, but I've been having no problems at all. But... I'll save the rambling about the beautiful design of that vape for a different thread lol.
Anyway, I've already got my next VapeWorld purchase picked out, just waiting on the right time to pull the trigger.

So, at around 2:12pm yesterday, just over 24hrs ago, I used the online chat to ask ( Matthew S. ) a quick question. When I got the answer I was looking for, I decided to place an order, asking what time I had to have it done to make the mail. I was told 2:30pm. I placed the order.........probably around 2:20. The Firefly was offered with free one day shipping. I laughed. I'm in northern ontario. Nothing gets here in one day. Ever. So, I was bemused to see the status updates assuring me it would indeed be delivered today. Having shoveled some 8" of accumulated snow from a 'light flurry' earlier, I was extremely perplexed when its most recent update said.............'On truck for Delivery'. Not much later, the doorbell rings, and there is my new vape. Absolutely ridiculous. 25hrs later. So impressed I decided to post this before trying out the vape.

tldr: Excellent delivery time and customer service!!!!

EDIT: Big ammendment. THe question I asked was simple. Does your stock of Firefly's come with the new battery? I was told yes. That is why I pushed the order button. SO when I see I got the 750, I am not a happy camper. When told I would have to send in the battery in order to receive a replacement.......well.............I want to actually ascertain this thing works first.........so, I decline. Not cool.

After contacting you folks ( Aaron P ) about the battery discrepancy and being rebuffed, testing of the unit showed that the battery was performing far below specs.........likely faulty. At this point I had no option but to see about arranging a replacement. This time I used email ( as opposed to the online chat ). I was quickly contacted by Serena, who had the issue fixed up in no time. I am very happy with the solution she provided.

The disappointment I experienced from my interaction with the online chat CSR has certainly been rectified. I was impressed with how Serena dealt with the situation, and am happy to see that you checked into this situation after becoming aware of it. At this point, I can see no reason not to shop with you folks in the future, having confidence in your organizations ability to deal with CS issues.

All is good and I appreciate you took the time to address this.

Like anyone else I checked out some other online sites and online reviews but found VapeWorld to be the highest rated with best customer satisfaction. I've also been checking out these newer vaps hitting the market and it's nice to be able to download in PDF the operation manuels from their site to see what the specs are. We used to carry the original 750mAh batteries for Firefly, and we received the newer 770mAH batteries as soon as they became available (we always carry the newest stock from manufacturers). We're currently out of stock on the Firefly batteries but, when we receive a new shipment, they will be the newest 770mAh lithium-ion batteries specifically made for your Firefly vaporizer.
