does any of the 'good stuff' remain on Volcano bags or other fan based vaporizers after use?

Yes, absolutely some vapor condenses onto the cooler bag as "good stuff" stuck inside bag.
you can't fool Mother Nature: adding heat forms vapor, cooling vapor in a cool bag with huge surface area condenses some of the vapor out.
The benefit for some/many is worth it and lots of folks love their bag systems.
I have a Herbalizer and all the bags are unused.
If we ever go legal where it might be a group vaping, I'd consider using them.
