I tend to heed anecdotal evidence.
I started the vape thing Spring a year ago. As I became more and more adapted, I developed into being a consistent partaker. Mid summer last summer, I had some orthodontics performed on me (around 100 yrs. too late but hey). Lost 20 lbs. since then. Never thought for a second that it wasn't 100% the ortho. Wait. I take that back. Once or twice I've wondered if vaping had anything to do with it. Now I'll be paying closer attention to the connection.
With regard to exercise, for me it makes a good match with vaping. My head is much more in tune with my body during exercise. I kind of think that that aspect allows me to make the workout a little more productive, to the point that I currently chose to vape before any and all exercise (outdoor chores included ) provided the opportunity.
