Well my number finally came up, ordered mine over 2 months ago and got shipping confirmation this week, from what I gather, he is a one man show and these batteries took off way faster and bigger than what he anticipated I guess he is swamped with email and orders - expect 2-3 months lead time in delivery of these.Ordered a battery on sept 23rd, 2014, haven't been emailed or received anything in mail, nor has centizen responded to my pm's on FC.

I got an email that my order has been "Completed" last week. I hope that means it was shipped and I am going to get it this week.(???)

DOES ANYONE KNOW.... what the protocol is for charging this battery?
1) Is it pre-charged or do I need to charge it before use?
2) How long does it need to be charged for? I know the factory battery needed aprox 4.5hours and that the green light would come on pre-maturely saying it was charged at the 3 hour mark when it wasnt.
3) When and/or how often should the battery be charged? Is it better to wait until its drained? or can I charge it at any time?
4) Are there any other tips for charging/using this battery I should know?

An order completed email means that your label has been generated and your package packed and shipped.
First of all, my battery (#677) arrived in Spain 9 days after the "completed" email. I also missed more information in that email. It was identical to the order confirmation email, no mention to shipping or anything. I requested confirmation of the shipping and obviously I didn't get an answer. I'm happy with the battery, but you REALLY need to do something about communication, Centizen.
And a question: I'm thinking of replacing my old Solo with a new one. Is the VapePower HP battery clearly superior to the "improved" battery of the new Solos? Would you keep the VP battery with the new Solo, or are they more or less similar?
