Just wanted to say THANK YOU to CentiZen for the extremely open, well communicated, and thorough explanation of the delay. I was never upset about the time, as again, I do understand the supply vs. demand of a very specific and specialized replacement part, but mainly wanted to express that simple communication (good or bad) serves to provide an important level of expected customer service that is vital to ANYONE doing business these days.
I've yet to receive my order, but based on the sincerity and integrity of CentiZen's update/state of operations, I feel confident that it will be here soon enough. And if it's not, I have no doubt he'll do what it takes to make things right.
