I dropped my arizer solo from about a meter above my tile. It worked fine for two weeks but then I tryed to use it a red light appeared on the charge light without displaying the energy level. The unit would automatically turned off shortly after being turned on. I charged it all night for 9 hours and saw the green light was still blinking, I turned it on to see a power level of 6, and it started heating up. I used it twice and plugged it into a charger and later a similar problem emerged when trying to heat it up. I would turn it on and a power level of 4 would show with the 3 and 4 lights blinking, then after selecting the heat the solo would keep shutting off while preparing to heat without showing the charge led red like before though. I then plugged it into the charger and tryed to heat the unit up while plugged, a red charge light appeared after selecting the temp and would resume charging again. After about an hour I tryed to heat it up while it was plugged in again and it began heating with proper function. After two consecutive sessions I charged it. Now it has been 24 hours of charging, still the solid green light has not appeared and I have not been able to use it because it will shut off as it prepares to heat like the past problems. The power level is 5 when I turn it on and the lights of 3,4,5 would be blinking. Would a new battery fix my problem? Thank you for your time.
