Thanks for the great comments everyone, that means a lot that so many of you enjoy having us around. We got the prize out today, it was an oversite and i apologize about that. We also threw in Free Vector Butane and a Free case to go with your Free Vaporizer. I need to look at the contest because i was not sure there was even a winner yet.
lwien mentioned our email problems we had. That was a while ago so I can be a little more honest about what happened. We had a great little warehouse in San Jose Ca next door to a Colon Hydro-Therapist..... Turns out they were cooking meth in their space and one batch exploded which Gutted the entire complex. We lost basically everything to smoke damage but had online backups that we used to fill orders from our cell phones. We had no product to fill the orders so we drove to every head shop within a hundred miles and bought items at full price. We missed a lot of emails and phone calls during that time and a few negative comments about us showed up on FC. At the time we decided not to make any excuses and compensate every customer that might not of received the service they deserved. Since then we have invested in shiny new technology to better serve everyone. There is plenty of info about that on our website
The Fuck Combustion crowd has always been important to us which is why we do so many contests on here. The unexpected consequence of every contest so far has been a pile of hate mail. Usually it is "We cheated" or "We are spamming." For the most part we respond to the emails as well as we can. The toughest part is that when we do contests and we get negative responses in threads like this it shows up pretty highly ranked in google search which makes us look like a terrible company even though we have handed out thousands in free stuff to the FC crowd. Our goal was to have two contests a month. We all still want to want to continue contests but we are going to have to stop them for now until we can figure out how to have awesome contests that dont backfire.

Big thanks to the FC people that do give us honest feedback. You guys would be surprised how big of an effect FC has on the vaporizer community.
