Vape for Moroccan hash - for 98lb weakling

Usually spend a few days in Amsterdam every couple of years. Always enjoy the Moroccan hash.

However, had to quit 6yr ago as each time I'd smoke for a few days (not even that much) I'd get a sore throat that would inevitably lead to strep or some god awful crap. Long story short ever since 9/11, I get throat infections pretty easily - esp combined with the fact my immune system is probs low when in AMS cause of the drinking, plane rides etc. Direct smoke just really irritates my throat..

This spring taking my GF (who's never tried it) and would LOVE to smoke again.

Normally just buy a pipe in a corner store, heat up and crumble the hash and smoke. Was thinking about buying a water bong this time, maybe easier on the throat?

However recently have seen a lot of people vaping. Still relatively uncommon here (asia) - three questions:

1. Is it possible to heat, crumble and smoke hash in a portable vape? Usually the stuff isn't that hard, a little heat and it gets chewy/sticky.

2. Think that vaping would be less rough on my throat and lungs?

3. Would I need to buy it online and carry it with me, or something I could pick up in the pipe shops in AMS?

If vaping isn't the answer, or if you can't vape hash - is there a pipe with extra filtration I could use that would be a bit more gentle?

Vaping Hash works great, but a little bit different with each device. If you`re using the Air eg, good Hash tends to stick together again while heating. So it works best, if you mix it with a litte bit of weed.

Afaik lots of Coffeeshops in Amsterdam got the Volcano by now. It`s working like a charm if you put in crumbeled Hash.

If you don`t start with a to high temperature, it`ll be smooth to your throat and lungs.

VapCap is the way to go. Affordable, portable, and the best vape i have found to use with hard hash like you are talking about.

Long ago, rented a tiny houseboat in the Jordaan with a GF. She had never been. Smoked joints of MK Ultra weed from Amnesia mixed with Sheherazade Sunrise hash from Tweede Kamer. Then, went for boat rides on the canals under gentle snow. Very romantic.

Uh-hem... regarding your question, wonder if the Vandy Vape Mesh RDA would work. WDYT - @2clicker, @stickstones? Sadly, no actual hash on hand, just shatter, but assuming it's high quality, wouldn't expect any difficulties. It's e-cig gear, so no need to worry about travel with suspicious items. This method uses disposable 5cm strips of mesh as the heat source. Even if the hash gunks up the mesh, you can just replace it with another strip. That's all you'd need to discard before departing. The flavor should be intense.

Have not been to Amsterdam for many years, but De Tweede Kamer has always been THE place to go for the real quality stuff

Definitely another vote for the vapcap. I took three to Europe last year, used and left them behind in Amsterdam, Paris, and Rome, picked up lighters everywhere since they’re ubiquitous at cigar shops, breezed through airport security with 3 unused cigarette-shaped vapes.

I’d say get a vapcap M from dynavap, I like vaping hash on organic cotton, some people like other substrates, but cotton is good to me. Rice-sized hash inside of pea-sized cotton inside of cigarette sized vapcap is the way to go. Economical, effective, I’d say it’s the way to go. One load like that will go for 1-2 dozen hits, is much smoother than smoke, and will definitely catch you a buzz.

Actually, if it’s your first time it could take a while to get your vaping technique dialed in, especially with the vapcap, (am I correct in assuming you aren’t a vape user?)...

...have you tried edibles?

I can just get a butane lighter once on the ground. Do I need to buy anything else, spare parts, screens, cleaning materials etc?

Sorry, never tried vaping before. Looking at the video you just pace some material in there, heat it and then vape. Dispose of it before heading back home.

Not sure what you mean - takes time to get used to vaping? Meaning that new vapers tend to suck in too much? Or not enough, or something else?

Yeah I got a houseboat off Singel. She's never been either. Also have a small canal boat we can use, and a tiny 30cc moped to get us out to Zandavoort.. Looking forward to it.
