I spoke to someone from customer service today and he said V2 pro series 7 should be out in March.

I still placed an order for the V2 pro series 3 in black, fingers crossed it's not a dud. The sale until Feb 2nd is only for the blue and silver ones since they are out of stock on black ones so I ordered mine on back order.

Hello all,

Here is another quick review on the V2 Series 3. I received the unit about a week ago and have been using it constantly since then. I have been a pack a day smoker for about 30 years and since I received the V2 I have pretty much quit smoking, having 1 or 2 a day now instead of 25 :) (now I just need to cut out the 1 or 2 a day :) ) The unit works great using with e-juice, great vapor and taste. I have not tried the V2 juice as I cannot order this from the States(anything with nicotine is being blocked at the border) but the unit seems to work OK with various juices(I have some Halo and Spectrum(Canadian maker) ejuice).

As for the loose leaf cart I can confirm that it does work fairly well. The draw is quite hard as some have mentioned. Taste is not the greatest(of course your herb quality makes a dif here) and ABV comes out a nice dark brown. As most of you have observed the size of the loose leaf cart is not very big, I find I can get about 3 or 4 hits per 2 minute session and i can do 2 sessions before vapor peters out. A lightly packed cart with dry product seems to work the best for me.
Has anyone tried to put a different screen in the mouthpiece yet? I am wondering if a fine mesh screen may work to decrease the draw resistance. I may try this once I get another loose leaf cart. Will update when/if I do.

I too have had the charging issue, plug it in and 10 sends later light is blue. A quick re-connect seems to fix the problem for me and it fully charges after a re-connect, weird problem.

As for the shipping issues and time it takes. It is very strange, they assign a Tracking number and yet it may take 2 to 4 days for the Tracking to show up on USPS.

I'm kinda new to this forum but I ordered a V2 pro series 3 on Monday from a private seller, should be here by Friday. I'm only really using it for the loose leaf cart to vape on the low while I'm out, anything I should know before it gets here? (besides small chamber)

You can be odorless minutes after finishing a session with the v2. Because of its size, the vapor won't linger for long

I want to tell you about my horrible experience with this company, so hopefully I can save a few of you from the nightmare their customer service has been.

I ordered the V2 Pro Series 3 as soon as it came out - and not just the device, but 5 liquid carts and 5 loose leaf carts. After just a few weeks most of the liquid carts started leaking, pouring out juice from the bottom. I switched to just using loose leaf with the unit. Then, maybe 3 weeks in, the unit will not even keep a charge for more than a few minutes. Light goes red after just a few puffs, after hours of charging.

I tried to contact customer service both by phone and email. 5 emails later, 3 phone calls, no response or return calls. I tried their chat function on the site and FINALLY got someone to agree to send me a working unit. Almost two weeks later, a package arrives - and its a cheap little junk battery for their non-series 3 regular ecig line. Worse even, I start getting threatening emails from them almost immediately that they will charge me 60$ for this battery that isn't even for the series 3 if I don't immediately send them back the non-working unit.

So, I HAVE TO PAY to send the wrong battery back, and then they disappear again. They haven't answered another 5 emails, phone calls go unanswered, and I'm back to square one.

5 loose leaf carts I cant use, leaking liquid carts, a battery that wont work and they refuse to replace, aggressive and harassing emails that they will charge me for parts that I neither asked for and don't even go with my unit.

I would highly advise you stay away from these people until they realize the value of proper customer service, and have a reliable product.
I had the same battery issue with the replacement that I was shipped after my first one self-destructed. I then had an issue when I moved and they twice shipped replacements to my old address rather than the new one. In the end it was made right, though. Finally got a working replacement and haven't had an issue over the past month.

They can definitely be a bit hard to get a hold of sometimes. I haven't visited their forums yet, though.

As for the leaking carts: I still have the same problem, but find that it can be managed. What I do is whenever I'm going to refill a cartridge, I take a wadded up piece of tissue or paper towel and press it against the bottom for about 15 seconds at a time, multiple times. You'll see the loose juice seeping into the paper. I do this until I can press it against dry paper and nothing comes out. Then I unscrew the mouthpiece, dab the inside of both pieces with the paper towel, and then blow into it from both ends while holding the opposite end against the paper.

I then fill the cartridge and finish by carefully dab the opening to the cartridge with paper once again to make sure it's dry before screwing the mouthpiece back on. I find that this process makes the cartridge "fresher" so that leaking doesn't occur again for a while, not until it's about time to refill anyways.

It might sound like a lot to do. But with 4-5 cartridges with different flavors in rotation like I have, I don't have to refill very often and when I do it only takes me about a minute per cartridge all in all.

I do wish the cartridges were more hassle free, but they are only $5 and I'm still pleased with how easy it is to switch between cartridges thanks to the magnetic system that I'm still happy enough with the V2 Pro S3 liquid setup overall, for the money. I've been vaping all day long with it for months now.

I've finally got my first herb cartridge on the way right now. I'll let y'all know what I think once I get to spend a few days with it…

I noticed that the Series 9 isn't advertised anywhere on their website anymore. The Series 7 is still listed as coming soon, though.

Edit: Forgot to mention that I've found that they don't like to charge from the high-watt (12W) USB ports I have in my car. I get the early green light and short battery life when I try. If I charge it low-and-slow from my laptop, it works correctly.

The Series 3 Wax Cartridge is now available for purchase for $24.99. The herb cartridge, on the other hand, is backordered. I've got one of each on the way, but only the wax cartridge has shipped.

I should clarify that each port on my car charger puts out 2.4 amps. So V2 S3 + 2.4A USB = no go.

Anyone try the wax attachment yet? Does anyone know the technology? This is one of the few pens recommended to me for flowers (No combustion) but wondered why it took so long for the wax attachment to come out. I'm hoping that the wait was for something really innovative. V2 pro users, Please let us know your experience with the wax attachment.

Just signed up to share my experience with v2. I bought the series 3 back in late December and have nothing but good things to say about it. First one I got works flawlessly. Wax cart should be coming in today, will have updates on how it works after I get my hands on some concentrate. The company itself sucks at informing you when something is out of stock. Been waiting on a second loose leaf cart for nearly a month now.

Finally got my hands on some concentrates for my series 3 wax cart. I'm pretty new to the concentrate world, only got some freebies from friends. The wax cart gives a great tasty hit, but nothing compared to a rig. Seems to be much lower of a temp or something. In my opinion it is definitely worth it if you have a series 3 already and is supper stealthy, but not worth it if you want the entire unit for the sole purpose of wax. The ability to use all 3 mediums is pretty sweet though. These are just day one impressions also

Hey tokentoker,
Is the wax cart ceramic with a donut coil? Trying to see off of buzzdanklins picture.

Ok, so i finally managed to get one... I saw here some people have issues with early green light while charging which I also encountered. I visited official V2 forum and found out its LED related problem - if you keep charging the device for about 2 hrs it gets fully charged. Just tested it - green light went on about 20 mns after i plugged it in, so I kept it plugged for two hours and had 17 2mins cycles after that.

I have the LED issue as well, but that's not big of a problem for me. I don't think the bottom is ceramic, seems to be a heat resistant plastic to me. Could be wrong, it's pretty waxy in there at the moment. its also pretty important to keep the end facing down with the wax cart to avoid the wax from resolidifying at the top of it. Also for anyone interested there is a "limited time" sale for the series 3 in black, 20% don't think that includes any of the carts though.

It looks similar BUT I think its a knock off or re-brand of some type. I wonder if V2 is aware of this.

I am a little confused - I want the series 3 but I only need the loose leaf tank, preferably 2 but does it come with a loose leaf cart or do I have to pay extra? Did a series 5 ever come out?

Doesn't come with the loose leaf tank, they are $25 each as it say on the site. Also, do you mean the Series 7? If so, it did come out and is also on the site.

I also did some research on the QuickDraw 300- QD is a know chinese vape company. Here's a video of it:
, pretty convenient coming with the kit. Could be attractive if you only wanted the pen and one loose leaf, although looking at it it's still cheaper to buy one separately from V2. Not even sure if you can call it a rip-off if it's more expensive...

Unapproved commercial account.
Per my knowledge, QuickDraw is a private label of V2's series 3 product line.

Did your loose leaf chambers smell like welding / burnt metal too when new? There's also brown residue..

Burning it off dry right now I can pull a lot of smoke and nasty taste out of the moutpiece

Ok now with herbs: first one burnt to deep black ashes instantly, second try comes out untouched, yay!

Was going to pull the trigger on a series three but I have a problem with the cost of the loose leaf carts, $26 for a cart on a $60 vape is just too much. At $15 a cart I would grab two and the vape but on principal I won't go for it because I think the carts are priced too high. Also, I don't want a liquid cart, it would be nice if they let you substitute for a loose leaf.

I ordered the series three today because of the sale, I am already sort of regretting it. The loose leaf carts won't be available for another 30 days and by then I would probably have saved enough for the grasshopper. I might just leave this sealed in the box and resell it.

I was about to pull the trigger on the pax or pax 2 but the 2 in 1 ( I don't care about liquids) has me intrigued. I won't buy it until I can get the wax cartridge, but it's down to this or the new pax I think. Just need to decide how important wax is

The wax chamber is amazing on the V3 (Quickdraw 300). Haven't tried the herbal chamber yet but it was crackling (no off gassing) when I turned it on. Maybe some lube of sorts, I don't know, or the material adjusting. After cracking for 5-10 seconds it doesn't do it anymore (all units crackle in the beginning however, tried several) and there is no weird taste.

It pretty much tastes like a DaVinci Ascent. The wax chamber is also interesting because it can completely vaporize the wax. It will not produce any gas or vapor if hitting the wax chamber without wax so there are no wicks burning away. It is just a flat coil on top of a ceramic disk. One thing I did notice is that it heats slower than the Cloud Platinum but on the other hand the Platinum off gasses and creates some thick plumes of machine vapor (heavier than air) that people cough their lungs out when inhaled accidentally.
