Using Da Vinci

I use da vinci and I feel that the heat is more important than what is shown on the screen. I also use a arize extreme Q. And with the same temperatures, AVB is grilled in Da Vinci. (190 degrees ceslcius)

And how do you spray with the same dose?
I usually do about 3 passages with arizer EQ.

Thanks for your comments.

zhash, some of your english is incorrect, so I'm not sure what responses you will get. But the DaVinci will always get your avb darker because it uses some conduction, whereas the Q has very little conduction.

This question of yours is confusing:
"And how do you spray with the same dose?"

Maybe the word spray is the wrong choice?

Sorry for wrong word

I would say : how many vaporization with the same material ?

With my EQ, I usually go two goes with my material.
Once in the elbow when fresh and then tip that into my ABV bowl...and then when the fresh is gone I fill the cyclone bowl up with the ABV and go again, but the second time around is obviously not as nice or as potent.

Hi and welcome.
My answer is... As many times as it takes Until the flavor or effect(i.e.vapor density) is not what you desire.
Different cures, strains, draw speeds, and how much you pack in will greatly vary the number of uses for your material. It is hard to pinpoint a set number. Hope this helps

Just for ex. With my current batch, I can go W/ the Davinci Ten minutes @ 347~356F, Ten minutes @ 356~374F Ten minutes @374-388F, and usually about five minutes @ 392F+ Off one pack. The end result is evenly deep brown abv. But with the previous batch, I was lucky to get two 10 min sessions off one pack before it was finished.

* A Small suggestion* A L.E.D. pocket light is excellent for training on new vapes. It enables you to see how much vapor is really being produced. Without having to go up to high heat as quickly. Then after a little practice it will come more naturally.

Hi,
I ask because my avb is deep brown.
I know it's depend of your material and your way of use
But i don't understand your LED tips. You look at until material is dark ?
Conduction means there is combustion ?

No there is no combustion in the Da Vinci. It is a hybrid vaporizer meaning it uses both conduction(heat around the material, direct contact) and convection (it heats the air entering into the chamber.)

Led pocket light :http://www.ebay.com/itm/9-LED-Pocke...mping-Light-Lamp-AAA-/330565543854#vi-content After inhalation you exhale over a illuminated pocket light It will allow the vapor which usually can not be seen at lower temps to be visible. Same for checking extraction before emptying

I think you mean the vaporizing temperature is higher than the display shows. I would agree with that.

With any vaporizer, digital or analog, you should find the low end and the high end of the vaporization range. Start the temp low and see where you first start to get vapor. Find the high point, where your remains (ABV) are very dark brown. Use the vaporizer within that temp range, as you like.

Don't worry about how one brand compares to another, at a particular temp setting. It's really not that important.

Thank you Max I could not figure out how to get it out in that way:bang:

It's ineressant to discuss about the begining & the end temperature that we use.
and discuss about the way to vaporize as models of vapo.

why the battery life is so short ?

thanks

i can do 4 session. (before i use a iolite,and i compare the time with it )
and my serial begin by 0

but 2 or 3 hours of charge, for 40/50mn of use, it's little short ? ;)

Charge time doesn't correspond to battery life. In other words, just because you charge for 2 hours doesn't mean your battery will last for 2 hours. The manufacturer probably designed it this way in order to increase battery lifespan. There are other variables that play into charge time as well, such as the voltage and wiring condition of your home electricity.

Producing vaping temps is very taxing on batteries. Operating times for electric portables are more of a reflection of battery technology than vape design.

yes, charging time depends on battery chemistry. LiFePO4 chemistry can do a fast recharge with an appropriately powerful charger. my 6A charger can recharge a single 26650 cell in 15 minutes. i get 90 minutes of use out of two 26650 cells. this is around 12 sessions, so a charge lasts me several days (uh, for a different vape).

I sometimes take for granted and have to remind myself that the DaVinci, like a couple of the new portables, are successfully emulating desktop vaporizer performance, out of your pocket. I'm old enough to still be impressed and feel blessed for the brilliant minds focusing energy on simple, effective, and subtle ways to ingest on the go.
With the included car charger, and remembering to turn it off after each session, the DaVinci has become an effective ally for the distance.
Happy 421!
