Trapped in the Astral Planes Back from the dead
We're leaving in 35 days, I will be In Japan for for a little over a month. I've already booked our lodging, so no worries there. Heading to Tokoyo(4 days) then Kyoto, Hakone, and Osaka(10 days each.) After, we will be headed to Busan South Korea (10 days.) Finally one week in Singapore before returning home. This is my first time traveling to Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. I was wondering if you have any must see places that aren't tourist traps. Of course we will do touristy stuff in some areas. But, I was looking for hidden gems if you will. If you have been and have some insights I would be greatly appreciative. T.i.a.
P.s. won't be taking or trying to find anything as local laws are not in favor of that.
P.s.s. also wasn't sure if this belongs here or in the vapor lounge lol. I apologize if I posted in the wrong section.

For Singapore, be sure to eat in some hawker food centres.
Thank you. I just looked them up and there is one about 3 miles from where we are staying. Definitely going to check it out. Do you have any recommendations for your favorite dishes. I eat anything honestly. So don't be shy to offer what others may find unconventional food.

I don't have any i recommendations. It is all fantastic. Singapore is one of the best cities in the world for eating. Try it all. And remember that Asian eaters are all about taste. Visual presentation is a distant second unless you are eating in a very fancy place. Dig in! Get messy!
