I'm more in for a US buy if shipping kills it from EU, I'd like to keep it under $45 total.
It's too bad the single orders got cockblocked.

Nothing against sending it to the US but will probably be costly with the 2 lots of shipping and 2 lots of customs charges, hence the Europe group order thread

Just a quick recap,
the price for the unit is $30 + shipping to Spain, + approx 15 to 20% customs charges ?
Then I'll dispached the units from Spain to France, Switzerland and so on which will add more cost obviously.
But for now I'm still awaiting shipping cost from India to Spain
Just wanted to make things clearer

So it looks like my "bargain" ain't going to happen.
I wrote to the seller asking about shipping my item and he wrote back that they were not a retail business, etc. We went back and forth a couple of times with him eventually promising to return my money.
FYI the money has still not been returned after several promises to do so. Going through PayPal they informed me his account has been closed and to contact them if I wanted to take further action. You think?
I would definitely make sure that you make sure you have a guaranteed way of getting your money back before investing your money.
I see it is still set up as a retail site. Individual prices. Item description stating "single". Ability to place a single unit in your cart. All with nothing about needing quantities. Incidentally he repeated stated they don't sell in less than 20 units. I trust you got some sort of believable commitment before you send in any money. If he's putting up this much resistance to returning $38 how much for $1000 or more?

Completely agree with this, be very careful...that seller is not via DHGate or Alibaba, your "buyer protection" gets to be unstable and they are located in India.

That's just fucking weird. I'd stay out. Imagine trying to do business with them with that kind of communication. In all honesty it sounds like total bullshit and just a plot to get more money out of you, and in the end who knows if they deliver the product or not. I've done enough business in China and Latin America (failed and successes) to have a bit of paranoia and this raises flags...FC brothers I say stay away and see if sunshinestore starts selling them, no?

So that looks like you can pay $800 + s/h for 20 or $400 for 10 and figure out how to get them yourself. Which sort of begs the question why have them listed as individual items on the webpage for $99?
Perhaps a nice Spring vacation in Agra? I hear its only 108º and 85% humidity this time of year.
FYI PayPal informed me his account is suspended and that I should proceed with the Resolution process. Guess that means they don't think he's going to give up my $38 willingly.

So I have finally some info for all of us guys and it does not sound good unfortunately!!!
After fighting the all weekend over shipping details, things are still far from clear!!!
The bottom line as regards to shipping is that they are telling me not to worry that shipping will be paid on delivery for my ease of cash-flow daaa! And that the final price will be in the region from $8 to $15 per units!!!
Sorry guys but I can not do business like this, I would not do it with my money let alone with other people's money!!!
And to top it all, they are now saying that I need to buy 20 units of the new 5mm they will produce as the offer of buying 10 is no longer available....bla bla bla
Anyway this is their last email:
ANS. 1- Shipping will be $8 , total $ 150
Our old stock will cleared, which was made by 3.5mm tube now we are making in 5mm tube cause now our buyer suggest to develop in 5 mm so Shipping increased.

On top of it all I was kind of happy to buy 10 units but 20, forget it, don't make me wrong I'd love to spend time at the post office writting adresses down, packing and shipping but not that much I'm afraid...
I also did write various email to other people who were on that initial email I received from Aaryan creations but so far the 3 who have written back to me have never ordered from them and find the concept of not paying for the goods shipping alongside with paying the final invoice illegal in the US, so you see further complications...
I also did write to Smoke Cartel thinking they had bought from Aaryan creations themselves but this was their answer:

So weather that is true or not its still another layer on top of it all.
So I'm afraid that I will leave Aaryans creation offer on the back burner for now.
So I'm sorry to have led you guys in all this excitement but I'm sure you treasure your hard earned money like I do and won't be sorry to cut the deal at this stage with all our feathers still on...

Indeed. He'd have come back to you with a price increase and upping the MOQ to 20.
I just heard from him and he said to give him 7-8 days to get my $35 back to me, but as he seems to be in trouble with PayPal I'm not sure I'll ever see it. I'd say you dodged a bullet on this one.
