Customer service has increased significantly since last year.Ordered saturday, arrived thursday. Missing battery, and lid cover. Also the temperature gauge is really loose and the stem does not stay in place. i emailed the company and am still waiting to get a response...

This happened to me too. On the second click it pushed all the way in. I sent it back for repair and it was good until two days ago, exact same issue, except it pushed all the way in and I heard a clanking sound.I’m sorry if I was unclear, but it’s actually the main button that you hold while inhaling to produce vapor. The outside part of the button is super loose while the inside mechanism is jammed. Therefore, my device is not functional.

Yes, it showed up pretty quick. On the downside, DHL made literally zero contact with me, so I was panicked that it wasn't coming at all. I tried it last night, and I can see what the fuss is about.
