Ok what the fuck do I do now? I just saw my order go to complete also. But there is no transaction history as my payment was cancelled by my bank due to the time that lapsed. How do I make payment without having to order a completely new order and thus delaying my order again? Can I make a manual payment and put the order number in the description and reference? What are tinymights account details? HELP!

Back before the paypal trouble, I had ordered using Paypal, and after 30 days my 'pending' charge was cancelled. After my TM order went to complete, I got a request for payment from TM guy. Likely if you haven't actually paid yet, this is what will happen to you in the next few days.

Since some of you just got a completed status i believe he is prioritizing orders from TM website instead of pros, wich is really retarded.
I'm waiting two more weeks then i cancel my order (ordered 02/07) i'm f****** sick of lies....

I think we need to chill, folks. My concern up til now was that my order had slipped through the cracks. This email and status change put an end to that fear. He knows I'm out there, he knows my status, he knows my payment cancelled due to time. I'm sure he will ask for payment again when he gets to me. I'm chill now, join me. I'm sorry for those who may have been waiting a long time, but the prize is in sight and as many have said any annoyance will likely dissipate soon after the TM arrives. He is dealing with a very popular product and a mountain of emails. Soon come...

I hope you don't mind that I quoted you in this thread but I felt like this is where the discussion belongs. My cc still says pending as well. When I called my cc to give them a heads up about my purchase and to ask if I could extend how long a purchase remains pending, they told me a charge only stays pending for 4 days before getting canceled. I remember reading the maker only accepts payment when you unit is ready to ship? So I'm not sure if I'll receive a email in a month and have to redo my cc purchase? Perhaps one of the kind people here can inform us what to expect? I went through with the order not 100% sure what to expect but I just wanted to get my place in line and worry about the rest later
I've been waiting since 07/20 on my reorder, my status changed to complete Sunday, and I just checked today and funds were taken out of my account today. Didn't have to do anything, just was done automatically by him!

Finally mine is on its way too, got confirmation just now. I can reveal what the process is now with the payment that has caused so much confusion. Firstly, the money won't leave your account until it is ready to be shipped. Currently about 5 weeks is the waiting period. What the bank told me about the transaction having failed was not true. Tinymight must put some type of freeze on the payment that enables them to retrieve the money afterwards at their leisure. I am not sure how long they can extend that period to, but it must be at least 5 weeks. This freeze is invisible to you, it does not show up as anything on your internet banking, and your bank can't see it either, until TM finally processes the payment. I wish someone had spelt that out to me, I had been asking about the payment issue for weeks now (but not in this particular forum). A misleading comment was posted in this forum stating that they rang their bank, after seeing the transaction stay in pending status for 4 days, asking them to release the money for the next 4 weeks to enable TM to retrieve the money at a later time. This is not necessary, don't worry if you haven't done this and the transaction has disappeared and the money has bounced back. Anyway, I am happy now, all's well that ends well.

I got my shipping notification too after being part of the Paypal fiasco and ordering July 3rd.
I've since then picked up a second hand unit and am very impressed. Some might even say worth the wait time.
In fact, I think I'll keep this one as a backup until their CS improves.
