think i inhaled iso...is it ok?

I was cleaning some cartridges and I thought they were dry so I loaded one of them up and hit it. Now I think one of the wicks still had ISO in it because it smelled and tasted odd.

assuming I inhaled some ISO vapor, any major concern I should have?

You should be fine just don't do it again. Drinking ISO even a small quantity can damage your liver and should never be done. Once or twice inhaling wood alcohol fumes won't hurt you.

People do or have used alcohol lamps to heat flame powered vaporizers with no problems.

My opinion, next time you clean your cartridges use butane instead, much safer.
No, seriously, like Caligula said, you are worrying too much, if ISO was so toxic at such a small quantity, it might no be so accessible to the general public.
You need to ingest a minimum of 15 grams if you weight around 170lb.
Is not as toxic as methanol, or ethylene.
You should be fine.

With that said, OP is probably fine, you need to drink ISO for danger, inhaling fumes wont do anything, and it needs to be a lot. Vaping it evaporates/destroys it, so OP inhaled virtually nothing.

I'd be lying if I said I've never given a freshly cleaned piece a "test rip" and then almost vomited from a mouthful of that taste.
