I have had my Luna since the pre-order and I haven't had anything but success with it since. The cart has been getting a steady flow of co2 oil, wax, and budder all in the same core without a cleaning yet. I find that the Co2 oil, since it's thin, works nicely when I have some gummed up wax in there. It sort of "helps it along" with loading the oil after the wax is starting to taper off and melts the goo right in. The flavor switches to whatever I load new and sometimes the flavors combine to make it that much sweeter. I don't ride the button too long because it'll burn the wax and make it taste like shit. I find the happy medium between load, battery, button press, and draw speed. I also rotate the Luna between hits (thumb and index finger button presses) I don't know if this helps but I think I get better production when I do that. Oil from on side to the next of the ceramic? Maybe I'm thinking too much:brow:

A simple and cheap way to adapt the luna to 14mm female joints is with a delrin "drip tip heat insulator". I'm using one of the o rings from the spare kit that doesn't fit the Luna (for cera?). The drip tip insulator/spacer has a groove in it that fits the o ring perfectly. When a pnwt is set on top the o ring makes a seal and the drip tip holds it upright.

Yeah...I have experienced Thermovapes Customer Service.... Or lack thereof... It took them almost a week to respond to my calls and emails.... I kind of knew at that point, that I should sit this one out for a wee bit.
My experience with customer service is much closer to @Sleepin in CA . The only
Time I don't get a quick response is when I email them on Friday I usually don't get a response til Monday and sometimes have to send another one on Monday but if I do have to do that I usually get a response within hours. So I'm not sure if the second email helped or it just took them that long to get to my first email.

As for mouthpieces. Yes the can burn/deform in these cartridges. My original
One did on first use. I did have a good pool of oil on the ceramic so I think it might have something to do with the hot oil splashing up to the mouthpiece but not positive.

Regardless, I think the smooth flow shoud come with these cartridges standard instead of having to buy it as an add on

Hey Everyone,

I ordered a Luna with the E-liquid cart yesterday- when it shows up I will comment on e-liquid performance. As far as batteries go, as the e-cig world will tell you, sony 18650 vtc5s are the way to go. They should hit harder than pretty much any battery (at first- over time gets a bit more complicated).

Anyway have an approximate ETA on time from order until shipped these days?

I think only TV will have a useful estimate for you. It varies by a HUGE amount of time it seems, depending on conditions only they know.

You're likely to get (honest) answers from 'that day' to 'it took them over a week'. Sometimes longer.

So I had an interesting experience last night that I would like to share with you all........I recently had two of my original EO carts rebuilt and was stashing them as back ups for my new luna. Last night I got my hands on some really nice crumble and decided to try it out in one of my newly rebuilt carts. I weighed out .25 and started pre heating.....i was only able to get .2 to absorb into the ceramic and the rest just would not take. After a good solid effort I decided to stop and see how it worked. let me tell you, I turned the luna on for a few seconds and gave it a puff, I almost got knocked off my feet. It was the most unrestricted tastiest rip ive ever gotten from the new generation TET products. Hands down!! After the rip i weighed the cart and it had .16 over new in it!! SO im not sure exactly how I got to this point but im assuming that because the ceramic is brand new it takes conditioning to be able to fully absorb the .25 necessary as a base.

The moral of the story here is that while there are good guidelines on how to get this vape to work properly, you should try different ways to get the results you desire! I have been an owner of the CERA since the preorder and I have tried many different ways to acheive the results that I experienced last night but have never succeeded when loading .5 to start. In my case, LESS IS MORE.
HAPPY SHATTERDAY FOLKS!

Hey MileHigh, what size o-rings are those? 5/8"? Where did you get them?

Does anyone have trouble firing the luna up sometimes? It seems to perform better sometimes more than others. Even when fully charged and loaded. There have been a couple of times where I had trouble, and it was a little embarrassing since I had friends with me and they know I threw down 350 bucks on it.

When it hits, it hits good...but when it doesn't its frustrating. I feel like the space between the mouthpiece bottom and the ceramic plate is too small. The wax just gets sucked up the tube into my moisture conditioner....

Yup, mine does it. It's been back for it once, I just haven't gotten around to taking it back again. Something's not quite right yet.

Sounds like you've either got it over loaded or not absorbed in well, there shouldn't be enough liquid on the top plate to get sucked anywhere.

They're 1/2" and I bought them from a body jewelry shop on eBay.

Are you melting your wax into the ceramic before hitting it? I like to use a micro-therm heat gun while pulsing the button to melt whatever I'm loading down into the ceramic so the ceramic is saturated. It hits the hardest while the cart is still hot from from the loading process.
