@MileHighLife really like the Luna with the black o-rings around the core!

Wondering how long the wait is to ship these days. Ordered yesterday and no news yet. I'll have to keep myself occupied with my new Omicron SS tube. Really liking the size with the single 14500.

It is worth the wait, just letting you know.this thing rips like no other!!

Thanks man.... They haven't responded to any of my voicemails, nor my emails... I wound buying 2 Persei's, an SR74, nibbler XL and some extra cartridges... Maybe I am being a little to harsh for them not returning my calls or emails, but it has been over 6+ hours to no avail... It's strange when a company won't respond when you are telling them that you want to order both units today to the tune of $550, Plus batteries, and some accessories totaling $688 with shipping. Makes me wonder how they would be if I had a problem... Oh well.
Small company, one customer service rep. Give them a break u will not be dissapointed

Thanks ... they're 1/2" silicone o-rings. I was digging through my e cig box earlier and found a drip tip I think I like a little better than the stock one. The contours and finish of the ss match the Luna pretty perfectly.

Well awesome, my luna not only has burn marks on it, but my EO core will not fire anymore and has a nice bit of quality concentrate in it. I don't understand all this time and effort shimming and making everything fit right, when apparently it doesn't and burns up my cart somehow. Read every manual and FAQ on the EO so I know I'm not doing anything wrong. Sent an email, just don't know if I want this thing anymore.

*edit

to my amazement and frustration after hitting the luna against the table, now the cart is firing back up and hitting wonderfully and tastes so good again.. what could have been the problem? I tried everything earlier to make it work and nothing but a cold EO core. Could it have been the switch giving me trouble?

Look on the contact of your cart. I bet there is a bit of the silver contact fused to the screw head which will act as the contact point instead of the entire screw head so your cart isn't getting enough power. If you have a file you could file off the bit of silver on the screw head and you should get full contact again if the cart is already properly shimmed.

^^^ I believe that that is all that TET did when I sent my Luna back in to be "shimmed". The cart always made perfect contact before I sent it back in to them and the cart contact assembly looks identical to how it did before I sent it in.

I think the issue we are having in the contact point is due to the fact that TET is using an allen screw as the contact point so the entire middle of the contact point is a void. I think something like a little bolt head would work better.

TET did send me a new (or at least re-plated) switch plate when I sent my unit in for a similar problem. Yet, after less than 3 full batteries worth of use, the Luna is hit or miss. Same issue as you and Kush...again. I am not too sure if TET swapped out my cart's contact screw with a new one during the previous re-fitting. I have faith that this will all be sorted out in due time with a simple replacement part or similar fix. I am actually relieved that more people other than myself are experiencing this issue and I hope that it brings about a quicker solution.

Edit...It's a little while later now and I feel somewhat bad for complaining. Every time I've hit Luna's button she's responded. Little bugger.

Good to see the Luna is starting to act like a finished product. After waiting over 30 days for my EO core rebuilds and my Luna, I am not certain that I want to invest in this anymore. Zeki promised to expedite my order within the last couple of days and no news yet. I get great performance from my darts so why would I want the hassle of misfiring, poor function. I will give them today to get my order shipped and if not, someone else can have my Luna. The new carts will go with my Cera out the door to a new owner.
Thanks TET!

I was told there was a large volume of wholesale orders that preceded my order. Funny how other members that ordered within the last few weeks already have the Luna in hand.

I also have a Luna I'm not happy with yet. My switch has intermittent operation. It's been almost four weeks waiting for a new switch. Hoping to get the tracking info today. As of right now the Luna switch is no better that the Cera switch. (The reason I don't use my Cera anymore)

You guys are starting to make me a little nervous that I just gave this company $300.

I am concerned that these types of issues were allowed to move to production, but I'm willing to see how they handle it for you.

I've had no communication after ordering several days ago,so just sent them an email asking for an ETA. If it's a month like @mephisto indicated, I'll probably cancel.

How does this thing cost $335? Not trying to be a jerk, I'm genuinely curious.

I view it as buying one, seemingly indestructible, device for life. If it ever wavers in performance, I can always restore it to original condition with a nominal fee. IMO, the cart-to-switch connection requires a little more attention before the Luna will truly satisfy on a consistent basis. Time will tell.

Makes sense. I like this way of thinking, rather than just junking something and buying a new unit. I hope they work out, it's a very interesting piece.

Well, I for one long for the glory days of TET. The initial advent of their ceramic based coils and the customer service were top notch. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, and biding the assurance of the TET rep, I will not continue to wait for my "Luna". To be honest, I am very disappointed. I favor the TET platform over the other guys'. I will be requesting a refund of my still to be delivered Luna. In my opinion, this has turned out to be an overpriced battery tube with a wonky switch.....and its late! The ceramic coil market supports much more affordable applications that are available at the time of payment........Hope these folks get their game worked out, I really wanted the Luna to be "the one". All of these views are simply my opinion/reaction to an unfortunate situation. Miss you Tim, (sob, sob).

My thoughts exactly, an overpriced battery mod, with a switch that I find if I adjust with a 5/64 allen wrench then I can get the cart to fire right. It isn't off or on.. it's off and either pushed down and doesn't active, or pushed down quite hard and it fires. Shame, I'd rather use this amazing EO core on a battery mod that is lighter and with a more user friendly switch. I'd almost have the cera switch, as I'm used to bottom button mod, alas I don't know why they couldn't have stuck with a 510 thread like the darts :(

*edit after tightening down both sides of the switch with the 5/64 allen wrench quite snug, my core fires no problem with ease. *d'oh*

It's evident from both this and the Cera thread that TET can provide great service to some of you.

This is my first dealings with them, and so far I'm not impressed. They charged my credit card instantly, then almost a week and no shipment. So I send email to inquire, and it's not responded to.

Nothing on the web site indicates any type of shipping delay, it just says in stock and is added to your shopping cart. I interpret that to mean the product is available.

I guess I'll try calling them. If they don't answer and don't respond to a voice mail, what other options do I have other than to have Visa do a charge back?

That is how every purchase I have made though TV has gone through: they charge the account, then about a week later they ship my product. I panicked the first time but its not that big of a deal. They will send your vape.

@Patrick Hughes thanks for the feedback. I'll give them a few more days.

How hard is it to add 'Ships in 5-7 days', 'Ships in 3-4 weeks' etc. to the site? That would have prevented all this.

Answering emails from customers would help also.

Anyway, I'll chill out until next week and see what happens. Spoiled by W9 service, I guess. Happy 420 all! :-)

I wish I could say that I too have been having a positive experience with TET ...

Started out with the Luna failing almost immediately. Then the RMA label that Zeki provided me with was "short paid" according to the clerk at the USPS office and I was using the box that the Luna shipped to me In so I had to pay a bit out of pocket. When I got the Luna back TET had stolen my o-rings and Zeki said it was my fault for sending the unit in with the o-rings on the cart.

One thing after another ... fortunately my Luna has been working flawlessly since I got it back from TET.

I really want a Luna. I'm trying clear out some of my vape inventory to make up for Luna funds! I can admit I am a bit hesitant from all the feedback I'm reading on this thread ]=

I just heard from Zeki. He said Luna orders 'will begin to ship by this Wednesday'. He didn't say anything else so there was probably a slight delay with something or my order was behind a bunch of others.

This puts my mind at ease for the time being. Sorry to vent here, just got nervous when they charged my card then went silent on me.

I have been hesitant to order the Luna and liquid cart, waiting to see if these small hiccups develop.

I have 2 Cera and lots of EO carts and hope the liquid cart will aid me in my Nic habit to give up my last combustion habit. For those that have the Cera and the Luna what do you think about the side switch? I am used to the bottom switch but it still feels slightly awkward at times. Also what about weight and size difference, is it noticeably lighter and shorter?

I have grown so sick of multiple pen vapes, ecig batts, and so many chargers and different batteries creating clutter, I would love a one body does all my needs with just 18650 and 18350 batteries.

Would love to hear anybody's experience with the liquid cart as well.

Hi Gr...I have both the Cera and Luna.

Luna's side switch is much more convenient than the bottom switch on the cera. It has a nice feel with a good amount of 'pushback' (to prevent some accidental firings). I do wish the switch itself was a slightly different material. IMO the delrin switch seems "cheap" when compared to the materials that make up the rest of the unit. All in all, much more ergonomically appealing.

Yes, I would say the Luna is both noticeably lighter and shorter (at first I was shocked at how light it was without the battery). However, once the switch assembly is fitted for the Cera body, the overall length of the two would be much more comparable...(<1/2 inch difference I'd say). In my experience, the ceramic handle of the cera, because it surrounds a portion of the cartridge, will do a better job retaining heat once warmed up. I am still torn as to what my ultimate preference will be, Cera with an improved switch, or the Luna.

Oh, and no experience with the liquid cartridge...sorry.

You might want to think more carefully about how you phrase things. I'm pretty sure that TET didn't "steal" your O-rings; they've got plenty of their own.

I don't think TET is unusual in not keeping track of and returning parts that have been left in place like that. When I took my camera in for repair, I was told to make sure that I'd removed the battery and SD card because if I left them in there, it was a certainty I'd never see them again.
